I booked this hotel largely because the sauna overlooking Autostadt seemed like a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Unfortunately, although I was told the sauna was open until 10:00 PM, it had not been turned on when I arrived at 8:30 PM. Calls to the front desk went unanswered, and the sole employee on duty was busy assisting a queue of arriving guests. While the room was clean and comfortable, the experience was disappointing because one of the hotel's key amenities was effectively unavailable. Travelers planning to use the wellness area may want to verify that it is operating before arrival. Also worth noting: there is no coffee maker in the room.

Although we had asked about the price (30 euros) of breakfast when we arrived, we were asked to pay 50 euros when we checked out. Breakfast was already almost completely gone an hour before the end of breakfast time. There were no fresh eggs and no selection of bread rolls left. What a shame!

Breakfast was very nice. I bet you can't find the butter! It is hidden in plain sight. Its a cool little machine that slices off a fresh pat right next to the honey.

Good breakfast and convenient to train station.

Super nice. Basically brand new. Excellent selection for breakfast. Bedroom was not spacious but well organized. Included juice and water selection in the minibar was nice bonus. AC was not super powerful and shuts off when windows opened which was new for us. Perfect spot for autostadt access. And foundation museum down the road also.

The reception team leaded by Ms. Uiselt made my package lost, which was in urgent need after my stay in Wolfsburg. Unfortunately the team showed neither apology nor empathy. First evening what they did was only making the statement that they cannot find my package. Next morning by check-out they said they would search. Unfortunately neither my package or a compensation solution can be provided. All this situation is unbelievably unprofessional for a reception team of a 4-star hotel. If you cannot be responsible to the packages, please refuse to receive.

today I checked out and didn't think I had bought a couple of glass bottles from Alte Brauhaus that cost me like €25 and the person who cleaned them took them as they were from the hotel. I would love to give them away for me it was a souvenir. Thank you

great place besides the room lighting which is almost no existent.

Sadly the room was very very dusty and very uncomfortable pillows but the sad thing was that the a/c could not be controlled
