From the moment we arrived, the staff, Hannah and one female front desk, made us feel less like guests and more like family. Their genuine warmth, kindness, and attention to every detail turned our stay into a true home away from home. Every interaction was met with a smile, and their willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference, thanks to the Asst Front Office Mgr dedication to The Crib Patong team. We have been supporting The Crib since 2018 and till today, they never changed our options as The Crib is the best. The cleanliness of the room has always been fantabulous and detailed. The room attendant did a well-done job. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality and for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful when you need their help, their English is very good and easy to understand, housekeeping is always on standby on every floor, the swimming pool is nice and has a very beautiful view.

All is good except the 2 staff like aunty very not friendly.

2 Aunty staff are not friendly so dissapointed. The one young lady staff are polite and friendly not like 2 aunty staff. Overall the hotel facilites are good except the 2 aunty staff. Not recommended hotel if the staff like that ….

Clean, comfortable, behind the hotel there is a food street, and near Bangla Street. Recommended for those who want to stay at a Patong hotel 👍.

Staff friendly, easy to find halal food opposite 7elevan, near bazaan fresh market, near bangla boxing stadium, can walk to patong beach about 7-10 minute (go through bangla walk) 😀 can stay again in crib hotel next time.

Convenient location to the sea, business center, night market only 5, 10 minutes. Room is small but clean.

There are full items, bathtub, hair dryer, there is a rental shop in front of the hotel. The shop which is left indent will not let Thai people rent it.

In front of the evening shift, speaking is not OK at all. The face does not accept the customers at all. Front-night shift is considered good service. P.S. If you remember correctly Verbs like going to sleep for free
