There is no A/C. And not enough fans. We stayed in the loft 4 person room with our children and we were given one fan total that didn't reach the fresh air at the one window so air circulation was terrible. It was perfectly cool outside but the ventilation is poor so the room gets no air. It was a shame to be in such a magical place with a hot sleep. Even one star hotels with no A/C should have fans and enough windows to circulate the outside air.

Family of 4 visiting got the family room with the lift. It was nice to have us all iin One room. The steps up are steep if that concerns anyone There is not air conditioning. Would have been nice if staff opened windows prior to arrival as it was cool outside amd boiling inside. They provided one fan for the loft. 1 would have been nice. The locationwas perfect! Easy walk to the island or quick walk to a shuttle. I walked and it took about 25min, but it was beautiful.

We were a family of 4 staying at this hotel and were assigned room 216 which had an extremely small space with two twin beds. In the upstairs or loft section of the room there was a queen bed. The loft area had a bit more space but it was challenging to carry suitcases up 20 steep stairs. We would have managed though this but the worst part of our stay was that it was unbearably hot in the bedroom - especially in the loft part of the room. We requested a second fan for the loft section and were denied. That part of the room should have had a second fan automatically but in the very least a second fan should be provided upon request. It ruined our whole stay and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Neat and well kept rooms. Attentive and very helpful staff, special mention to Christopher in reception. Checked in to the room earlier considering we had a baby. The stay was absolutely pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely recommend!

Coundt get the barrier opened using the code provided eventually discovered we had been supplied with 3 different codes

Great place to spend a night for exploring Mont Saint Michel. The parking instructions were a little confusing for us so we ended up double paying when we first went to the shuttles, and then went to check at the hotel. The only downside is the lack of AC — this is normal all throughout France but heatwaves are becoming commonplace and it can make for difficult sleeping.

We originally booked this hotel because it showed it had AC, we saw a unit but when we inquired with the front desk they said no ac. We asked about the breakfast the last day and decided to go ahead and eat at the hotel before we left. Unfortunately when we went to eat everything was gone and not replenished because it was close to the end. That information would have been nice before they charged us. We ended up eating hard boiled eggs and toast. Wish I would have walked through before I charged breakfast but really felt like they should let you know since I asked right before. The room was clean and happy with my overall stay but the breakfast at the end really disappointed me with their customer service.

The location is great to visit Mont Saint-Michel.

Everything exceeding expectations!

The hotel's location is right in front of Le Mont Saint Michel, and you have a free bus that takes you to the castle. The hotel definitely used an interior designer's help, and it looks pretty, not like a plain hotel room. The only tip I can give is that the food during breakfast must be covered. It is painful to see flies over those fresh croissants. It is a rural location, and you can't avoid flies, but they should not be on your food. I guess no one takes this food, and it is wasted. Easy to fix.

Nice hotel. Great location next to bus stops heading to and from the island.
