Basic hotel. Clean and bright. Good bathroom and breakfast.

Absolutely perfect little gem in the ‘middle of nowhere’. Super simple small rooms, but very clean and tidy with just what you need (bathroom, bed, tv), but the best parts are the kind workers (actually all Icelandic people have been kind and this is no exception) as well as the tasty food at the hotel restaurant: both at dinner and the breakfast buffet.

This Fosshotel needs some updating. Breakfast is adequate but not inspiring. Our sea view room, though, has fabulous views.

A nice hotel conveniently located near restaurants, groceries, and the harbor. Wonderfully friendly staff. Large rooms with private baths. I didn't pay for the breakfast because it was ridiculously expensive for what is offered, so don't know if it is good. Overall, a nice hotel in a lovely town.

Wonderful location. Convenient and easy parking. Definitely, one of the best 4 starts hotels in Iceland. Will return.

Good chain-hotel, clean, and you get what you expect from Fosshotels. The drawback is that the breakfast is OK, but not always quality ingredients, also the dinner was very expensive for a small portion and not even good quality. p.s. In the town is a much better place for dinner.

Great hotel in a remote town!

Very attentive and professional staff

Nice property, clean and good breakfast. Shower is not as good, shower curtain does not work properly.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms but bath and bed area a little on the small side. Beds comfortable. Restaurant was very good but pricey.
