It’s reasonable price and location. The room is not big enough but average size in Japan.

Located very close to Machida Station but very quiet with excellent restaurants.

The service is what you would expect from a budget hotel friendly and informative although they werent often there at the front desk. Housekeeping was excellent always gave us way too many amenities. Mattress was very uncomfortable too hard and too small for two people. The air circulation in the room could have been much better. Great location close to stations and easy to navigate.

Room and bed were pretty small and and when we asked to extend stay because our new place was not ready yet, one of the staffs told us to go on line to make the reservation when the hotel's internet and Wi-Fi service was completely poor. They rent a portable Wi-Fi for our room to supplement the poor connection but that did not work well either.

Great location near many restaurants and shopping areas in downtown Machida.

Room and bathroom has some odor. Bath room was not even with floor. It will be nice to put tape to warn that level is not even. We bumped few times during stay.

Not that anything was unique for a hotel, it was located in a good area and within walking distance from a lot of shopping and Machida Train Station.

Staff are kind and the location is excellent.

This a basic hotel. One step up from the Japanese style business hotel. Clean and efficient.

Good location near train terminal and lots of little restaurant options close by. Room size was good for Japan hotel standard but was dusty on top of the walrobe closet. Shower and bathroom facilities were fine too. Staff was very accommodating and courteous.

Work kept me late in the area and I wasn't able to catch the last train into midtown Tokyo and needed a place to stay. What a pleasant surprise! The room was larger than expected and the stay turned into a mini-getaway.

ホテル自体は、昔からあるスタイルのホテルでしたがとても清潔感のもあり、とても良かったと思います。ですが、朝ごはんの提供が外部飲食店とホテル内のカツサンドくらいだったので少し残念でした。

昨年に続き2度目利用、USBコンセントが増設され便利になった

必要にして十分な設備、アメニティでした。 機会があればまた利用したいと感じました。

部屋に入った際に、臭いが気になった。空調のメンテナンスが行き届いていないのかも。

1階から5階のELVホールにはソフトドリンク・アルコール等の自販機があるが宿泊した6階にはなかった。

設備に古いものがあるが、とくに気になるものはありませんでした
