Nadia was very helpful and a lovely person love her energy

It really was dirty. Stains on bedsheets, flooring and bathroom tub. Feases on the stairway, I pray it was from a dog.

Great workers

our room looked like it had never been mopped before. there was shouting outside our door in the middle of the night. the walls are paper thin and our neighbors were noisy. room smelled musty. lighting in the parking lot was very dim and felt unsafe. when you pay $79 I guess you get what you pay for but I’ll never stay here again.

I liked that my room was close to the highway

It was a nonsmoking room but it smelled like cigarettes the whole time and we found cigarettes ashes under the bed.

Fairly clean and most staff helpful

I had easy access to food during my stay at this motel. The place is very quiet and relaxing. House keeping is very professional. I enjoyed my stay for the three weeks I was at this hotel for work.

The place was messy and roach infested I had to sleep with all the lights on when the lights off roaches come out! So nasty No room service came by I needed tissue asked the front desk they said they had none

There was an issue during check-in that our room was already given to someone else. This was resolved, however the room was booked as a smoking room, and we were told there were no smoking rooms at this location. With the cold weather, we would have booked a different place with smoking rooms since we are both anemic. It was also extremely noisy at all hours of the night, and no one refreshed the amenities at any point.
