Need clean entire room

Sheet was not changed, tower is not clean, hair can be seen.

After driving in the rain and dark, we were delighted with the warm welcome from Todd… what a great positive attitude!

I booked accessible room, but when I checked in, there was no accessible room available. System made mess.

Property needs update. Clean but old and worn out. Todd the counter person was super courteous and professional. He gets a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

A nice stay. very convenient room and quiet so no real issues at all. A minor inconvenience is the door key badge had to be reset a few times when it stopped working. I’m also used to a soft bed but did eventually find the soft spot on the bed. Parking was convenient and close by. Microwave and fridge freezer in the room was very convenient. Not a new facility but reasonably well kept and everything was working. It was good value and a restful place to sleep.

Service is fine. Corridors are noisy until about 10pm. Looks like there may be a number of long term guests. Accessible bathroom in rm 107 is in rough shape. All that said, i have stayed here multiple times, felt safe, and the room is immaculately maintained. Good for a mid-trip stop.

It was a good stay. You get what you pay for. I was just happy they allowed dogs AND they stay for free
