My room was so far up that going to the pool or jacuzzi was nearly impossible, too many steep steps, and if you add the altitude of the area, it’s hard to breath. I went to bed without dinner because after going up and down twice, there’s no way I could do it again and it’s too far from everything. I wouldn’t stay here again

La atención en restaurante y limpieza al cuarto fue deficiente ya que no nos hicieron la limpieza y nos dejaron toallas y jabón fuera de la habitación. Únicamente entraron a dejar agua y ni la basura se llevaron. En el restaurante no había más opción de desayuno aparte de huevos al gusto y el estacionamiento es algo complicado. La vista en las habitaciones de hasta arriba si es muy bonita pero esto no justifica lo caro que cobran la habitación ya que en otros aspectos es deficiente la atención.

The place was easy to get to via car, once arrived the staff was very friendly and cordial. Our room had an absolute stunning vision, the breakfast was lovely and had good portions. The hot tub was amazing, the pool although had a bit of cold water but very spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

They were remodeling so it was a crowded breakfast room. Other than that it was excelent.

The place is in top of the mountain

Staff is very friendly and watching dawn and sunrise unfold from our front deck was an incredible experience.

Beautiful location

Fantastic location for hiking and amazing views from barranca-side rooms. Rooms cleaned daily. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unique property, but needs maintenance, with some facilities unavailable.

Las habitaciones están muy limpias y cómodas, con calefacción y cobijas, no se pasa frío. El menú del hotel es limitado y a los alrededores sólo hay 1 restaurante. El desayuno está incluido y está bastante completo y rico. El hotel cuenta con servicio de traslados que es muy conveniente porque no hay otro medio de transporte. En general el hotel es muy conveniente para visitar las barrancas del cobre.

Lovely stay and gorgeous surroundings.

You are obviously paying for the view and what a view it was. I would stay here again just for that. The staff were also great - although the man in the restaurant did spoil things on our last day by bringing an empty basket to the table and asking for a tip. Our room was quite dated but seemed to be clean. The bed was comfy and shower fine - as long as you waited long enough for the hot water to run through. The breakfasts were generally good and we had one evening meal which was ok - but not good enough to persuade us to eat there again (we ate at the park instead - which actually was a similar standard). They were there waiting to meet us off the train, as requested. We also used the shuttle service to the park and that worked well with the bus waiting for us to bring us back as arranged.

Hotel is misrepresented online. It doesn’t have Canyon views. The steps without rails are dangerous. Not a good choice for anyone with mobility issues. While the driver and waiter were nice, the restaurant lacks consistency and drinks are overpriced. We were charged $68 for a small after dinner drink. Food was often cold or took hours to get. Pool was cold. Overall we were very dissatisfied. That being said, the employees were very nice. Needs new caring management.
