Quiet, local neighbourhood, 15 minutes by taxi to the old town, not fancy but practical if you are traveling with your own car

Great place to stay near Split. Arrived early but let us check in anyway. Very helpful staff. Very clean

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We needed information regarding the bus system and assistance in booking a taxi to the airport. They were always open and willing to help. The breakfast was excellent.

The smell of cigarette smoke from the reception area was overwhelming, people chain smoke all day in the cafe attached to reception right next to the dining room, I could smell smoke in our bed sheets as well, the ice water had the smell smoke too, the whole place smelt of smoke 24/7, I had a headache the entire stay from the smoke.

Overall nice accommodations but quite a hike to the town. Also both the water heater and refrigerator were turned off on our arrival. Staff very nice. Very good breakfast.

Nice large room good breakfast

Overall a great place to stay. The breakfast was good, the room had amenities higher than my expectations and the staff were friendly. However bear in mind that it is quite a walk from Split centre and in an industrial area. Also you can’t escape the smell of smoke throughout the hotel.

The BB Residence was very clean and cozy with a great breakfast provided.

We had a great stay, clean, staff was nice, breakfast was convenient. There was some construction going on which woke us up in the morning. But otherwise I would recommend and stay again if needed

Really nice place just outside town! Lots of facilities, uncle was amazing giving us lifts to town when needed, food great, lovely views overall highly recommended

Modern spacious apartment with free breajfast and parking included. We stayed during the off season so it was a third of the normal price so very good value for a family of 5

Lovely and clean hotel in Split. The hotel is modern, clean and the service is excellent. Located 20/25mn walk from Split old town.

A nice hotel, friendly check in. A nice bar down stairs. A nice room, but I did find the mattress too soft, one of those memory foam ones (just my preference for a firmer mattress). I would normally walk every where and it is walkable to the centre, however I'm currently recovering from a broken ankle (everything booked before accident), and found Uber very cheap and useful. I would be happy to stay here again.

Huge clean room. The breakfast was good with a selection of hot and cold food. The location is in a local quiet neighbourhood but a long distance from harbour and restaurants
