The room was not ready at 3:00. They said it would be ready in 25 minutes but it took much longer to get it ready.

La ubicación del hotel fue ideal para nuestras actividades, todo el equipo de staff y recepción nos hicieron sentir increíblemente cómodos y nos apoyaron con todas nuestras solicitudes.

Un buen lugar para hospedarse. Y a buen precio.

NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO, ADEMAS ME CANCELARON LA RESERVA Y TUVE QUE ESPERAR MEDIA HORA A QUE ME RESOLVIERAN EL PROBLEMA MIENTRAS ATENDIAN A OTROS CLIENTES, NO EXISTE EL WIFI EN LAS HABITACIONES HAY QUE BAJAR AL LOBBY PARA PODER TRABAJAR

I didn’t like how they said they have a restaurant but they only open it if you have a group of people. My mom and aunt couldn’t eat there. They should have put that or notified the customer when you’re trying to book it. I wouldn’t have booked this for the if I knew.

It was adequate. Not impressive for the cost.

Reservamos la habitacion de 3 camas, habia un lavabo al lado de una cama, un coldador de toallas en un lugar totalmente inadecuado, una silla pegada con tape, TERRIBLE, no esperabamos recibir una habitacion en estas condiciones, este hotel esta overated!

No comprendí como un Hotel así esta en expedia. El elevador es peligroso. No hay desayuno como lo ofrecen. Las habitaciones no tienen clima. La ubicación es pésima. El peor hotel donde me he hospedado.

It’s clean and the room was very nice with a flying balcony. No hot water, they let us use a room two floors down to take a hot shower. It’s very affordable though I’d stay there again

Gracias a la srita de recepción por su trato y ayuda para accesar a nuestra habitación. En nuestra habitación medicinas que requieren refrigeración. Los blancos de las camas y baños muy limpios! Estacionamiento y acceso muy buenos, área de jardín muy bonita para un evento familiar. MUCHAS GRACIAS!

Durante el check in todo muy bien, el joven que nos atendió fue muy atento con nosotros. Nuestra habitación muy amplia y limpia. Durante la noche la vista es hermosa. Nos incluyero un desayuno ligero y un rico café. Zona segura, estacionamiento amplio. Agradable para pasarlo en familia.

The best hotel in the area and great personal ! Lot of space in the rooms and clean restroom

The family rooms are excellent when traveling in large groups. We had 4 beds and 2 bathrooms in our room with a great view. The area is very safe and the staff friendly. Great value for the price

The view is amazing! The internet did not great if you are on a higher floor but the staff is super nice. Our room did not have a fridge (there was a microwave). I wish I had brought instant coffee. It is in a very nice neighborhood so there is nothing close, but my husband walked down to the OXXO and back up the hill. FYI, No shuttle.

En general mi estancia estuvo bien, a secas. Tiene una muy buena ubicación y la vista es magnífica. Las instalaciones requieren mucho mantenimiento. La regadera tiene moho y hay humedad en el techo. El control de la TV no funcionaba bien. Tuve un percance con mi hija de 6 años en el área de recepción, y la actitud de la recepcionista no fue la más comprensiva. Sugiero que modernicen las instalaciones y les den el debido mantenimiento. Esa es su carta de presentación.

The room was amazing very large clean and the view was breathtaking.

The view and room space was excellent, but the rooms although spacious, it was outdated and in need of renovation.
