HORRIBLE, I accidentaly sprained my ankle on the day of check in. I asked to be placed on lower level because they did not have elevators. But they still put me on the top floor. SECOND, we needed ice to ice my ankle but my husband had to go down to the front desk to request ice 😮‍💨. THIRD, we can clearly hear the guests from the other room. There was no privacy. FOURTH, you can hear other guests walking by the hallway in the middle of the night. Rooms was clean. But privacy and access to the rooms are horrible.

Breakfast was good, simple. Staff were super nice.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Motel. I wasnt expecting how well taken care of this motel was. The little things really impressed me. Room was very clean, same as the washroom. It was updated and had a really nice mattress. The continental breakfast was so awesome. Fruit, cereal, muffins ,toast, boiled eggs and a pancake maker! It also had a bunch of other atuff. So great. I am definitely coming back!!

The room was reasonably clean and the breakfast was adequate, building and the grounds are showing their age and need some desperate updates.

There was an issue with the thermostat in our room but also A/C so we managed. Otherwise a great stay.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Most definitely would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Room is clean. The exterior and landscaping looks tired and needs updating.

Lovely stay! The room was incredibly clean and well maintained, and we loved the retro/original exterior. Staff went above and beyond to answer our questions and everyone was very friendly.

Clean, helpful staff. Enjoyed the great room which hosted a breakfast and a pool table. Reasonably priced. I’d definitely recommend it.

It’s an old hotel need an update .

I didn’t see the airport shuttle but again I never needed the shuttle.

Noisy at times due to heating problem possibly. Almost like machinery.

Overall for a one night stay it was okay. I did appreciate them for being pet friendly(a fee is applied).

Our room was tucked away from walk traffic so our pups were quite comfortable. There was a very clean bed and bowls as well as treats. Our room was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the coffee machine that was in our room it was difficult to operate. We enjoyed breakfasts in ‘ the great room’ as well as the use of the microwave anytime up to 10pm each evening. I recommend Robin Hood Inn and Suites!

Truly lovely customer service. Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. The property is older with renovated rooms - nice friendly, down to earth location in what felt like a safe area.

We have stayed several times and the rooms are consistently comfortable. Very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Easy check in.
