San Diego Express Palmares is a new hotel which was built mainly for start operations during the world cup. I arrived at July 6th and was worried about the hotel (there were some bad reviews of June on some sites) but fortunately everything was great. Staff was very kind and helpful and they hired people who talk in both English and Spanish. Room was comfortable with a nice flat TV and hot water. I totally recommend it since the hotel's area is quiet and safe too, near a big mall (Minas Shopping) in case you want to buy something. Nice experience definitely!

We stayed there late June 2014 and it was apparently still in the process of being built for the World Cup. Our room had no mirror and no storage space and the door fit badly. Staff was eager but very inexperienced. Breakfast was good, as was the wi-fi.

O hotel é simples, bem simples. Fiquei em um quarto que o ar refrigerado funcionava bem e era silencioso. Cama boa, roupa de cama limpa. Café da manhã básico, mas honesto. Valeu o custo beneficio.

Quarto amplo, limpo e organizado. Boas roupas de cama e toalhas. O café da manhã é muito bom. Alguns pequenos detalhes que merecem atenção foram informados por mim à gerência. Se votarei a me hospedar lá? Sim. Preço bom. Valeu a pena.

O quarto super limpo, equipe de funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. O café da manhã muito gostoso e com variedades. O estacionamento é no sub solo e muito bom. Liberei o quarto às 12:00 h e precisei deixar o carro no estacionamento até às 15:00 h e não me cobraram nada por isso. Com certeza voltaremos outra vez. Vale muito a pena e a localização é ótima.

O hotel é simples porem funcional e aconchegante. O quarto era pequeno porem funcional e limpo. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente porem o vaso entupiu no dia seguinte, foi bem constrangedor. O hotel em si parece que foi adaptado em um edifício comercial pois todas as paredes sao de DryWall, portanto, a acustica nao é das melhores. No entanto, é tudo simples mas aconchegante e o café da manhã é muito bom.

A recepção ótima,café da manhã ótimo , só pecaram em travesseiros desconfortáveis.
