The property is very well maintained. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is perfectly situated close to all the attractions and is in a very quiet and quaint area. Great breakfast served daily. Thank you to the amazing staff for a wonderful stay!

Good location and the staff were really lovely. Very accommodating for allergens at breakfast and had a good selection of food available. The room was okay, clean but needs a bit of maintenance and upgrading in the bathroom due to rust and mold on the ceiling . The building on a fairly quiet street although we were woken by other guests walking past the room or showering late a night. You can hear a lot through the old walls so bring earplugs.

Great location close to Arsenale

We had the top level- P- of this hotel for our honeymoon. The room was a bit smaller than expected/anticipated from what the Expedia pictures had shown. However, we had two terraces on either side of our room which allowed plenty of fresh air and light. One terrace was private and the other one was for use by other hotel stayers. All the amenities were up to date. Our bathroom had included a bidet. We had a vessel style sink which I personally enjoy. The location is great, it's near great restaurants. We enjoyed going to Al Gabbiano.

The room was spotless, the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Received an excellent restaurant recommendation that was near the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and lots of options available. We were able to store our luggage after checking out on the final day. Couldn’t have picked to better hotel. We’ll definitely be back and we will be recommending it to friends and family.

Overall wouldnt stay again or recommend. The pros were the location, breakfast and waitress staff at breakfast who was absolutely lovely and so helpful. Other Staff polite but not overly helpful, room clean but needs serious work and updating and photos do not represent the actual state and size of the room. On messaging staff for help as the air con was off and only heating available, despite the rooms being incredibly hot and worse at night trying to sleep, they just said to turn the heating off although it wasnt on. No air con as advertised and no fans either. They also have a serious mosquito issue so each time we opened the window for some fresh air the room would again be full of them resulting in us both being bitten multiple times. The bathroom is incredibly small and you cant even sit on the toilet without hitting your knees on the bidet so dont stay if you are over 5ft 5 max. Shower extremely small. Staff were rude in message responses and very unhelpful when asked to change rooms.

Bathroom was very small with no privacy and also no room to put any toiletries.

Staff were lovely and made a real effort with our toddler daughter. The hotel itself is in a very convenient location but also tucked away so not too noisy in the evenings. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. The room itself could have done with a lick of paint, but provided everything we could need.
