Love the dog accommodations and the honest staff. I left my wallet outside the room and they went and found me to return it. Excellent service! The breakfast bag is very basic

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and quiet. Thebes was so comfortable I had the best sleep I’ve had in years! Great location in the middle of Solvang!

I specifically asked not to give me a room with a tub as i have a bad knee - what did i get of course a tub and it was terrible ..... i was so upset He also said there were no 1st floor rooms, the other person said it was not correct and i got a room with a lot of walking - I guess I have to be visibly handicapped in order for this poace to take me seriously!

NIce place to stay. Staff is friendly. Rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. Close to shops and restaurants. Good price.

Nice hotel for the weekend

Great location, very thorough checking and support. Food out couch has that uncomfortable middle bar running down it, otherwise everything great.

Great stay

We arrived a little late at night around 10pm and had trouble finding the hotel because our map gave us the wrong directions. We called the hotel and the office staff member (Kathy?) helped us find the hotel and checked us in quickly and with great service and care. Thank you!

I love staying here. The rooms are always clean. The pool and activities area are a great way to relax. It’s in the center of town close to all the restaurants. Highly recommend

Great location and great staff

The staff was courteous and professional. When we walked in, the room smelled like it had been cleaned. The bed was comfortable. Everything was really clean except for the floor. We wore socks, and those immediately got dirty. Despite the floor being dusty we would stay again.

We have stayed at Royal Copenhagen before, and have no problem returning in the future. The property and the rooms have always been clean. The rooms are good sized for am an inn at this price range. It is a convenient location in terms of walkability to the restaurants, shops and wineries in the area. Despite being centrally located, the rooms are quiet. Staff are polite and helpful. A good choice for families, they have a swimming pool. They are pet friendly as well.
