at first time I thought I was dissapointed with the service. I put the laundry for 2 days but the room service didn't pick it up but I was call the front desk and at the end they pick up my laundry and proceed it with express but I only pay for normal one. when my last night there, I got alergic, I try to ask the front desk about the pharmacy in the mignight but she said nothing open, so she suggest me to go to hospital and she also call the taxi meter. i'm going to the hospital and got the injection, in one hour everything was fine. in the afternoon I check out and I like the decoration in the lobby so I took many pictures. when i'm arrive in the airport I realized that I didn't get my laundry receipt so I call to the hotel and they send me the receipt via email. this is the best hotel with best service I ever had. love it so much.....
