The hotel was a great value for the money. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful. Internet worked fine and the TV had BBC and CNN, as well as a few other English channels.

Booked 16 nights & then another 6 nights Room / hotel clean & cleaner came in every day. Breakfast was ok Big problem with room on 16 night stay - was a 3cm gap bottom of door & room close to lift so all noise from outside came into my room! Additionally all cleaning ladies had walkie talkie radio's left on cleaning trolleys in hallways when rooms being cleaned - volume seemed to be on full so I got constantly woken up every time reception contacted anyone TV could not be changed from portugese to english for UK USA channels On website it stated portugese & english spoken at reception - no one spoke english

Centrão lembra praça da Sé em SP, não dá p/ sair a pé. Hotel muito velho, paredes mofadas. Limpeza mais ou menos, cabelos pelo quarto.

A nice location to the hotel, very friendly staff, quite and clean room and parking lot available.

I enjoy this hotel, which is right on the bus route coming from the airport. It is an easy walk to the center of town, and many fine, small, comfortable places to eat and drink! The bed was especially comfortable, and my room, while small, was adequate.

The stay was great. Just be careful as the charged for every breakfast without making the price clear, which wound up being very expensive!

We were only there for a quick layover. The room was clean and had a nice view of the city. The staff was pleasant. We requested a taxi for 3 am . The taxi was on time. Took us to the airport.

Funcionários muito educados e prestativos mas não gostei do banheiro, tinha uma banheira de mármore antiga desativada e a torneira e o chuveiro ficavam pingando mesmo após chamar a manutenção. O café da manhã muito bom e tudo muito limpo.

Muito bem localizado para o local para o endereço que precisava me deslocar. Próximo de lanchonetes e mercados.

Estadia curta, só uma noite mas atendeu bem, quarto amplo e limpo, bom chuveiro, café da manhã simples mas gostoso.

Garagem muito cheia e paga a parte.

Razoável. Chegamos meia hora antes do check-in nao deixaram entrar tínhamos que pagar 130 mesmo o quarto estando livre. Café da manhã acaba as 10h. Chegamos as 9h30 e ja estava sem muitas coisas. Inclusive pão de sal. Café mediano. Margarina e nao manteiga. Tive que pedir para colocar Café pois não tinha mais. Precisa trocar a tampa do vaso sanitario.

O banheiro tinha cabelos na pia O telefone do quarto,a recepção nao atende,minha estadia foi breve, e me atendeu ao que eu precisava, banho e dormir .
