The hotel is very old. The photos on Expedia does not match what you’d expect in person. The front desk staff are incredibly rude and do not treat guests well. They act like they’re being bothered if you come up. In general this place must have been a great hotel 25 years ago but it’s not worth staying at. Save your money and go stay in a different city close to a Antalya . I tried calling Expedia twice to move me to a different location and a newer hotel.

The worst staff ever. Unprofessional. No education and no training whatsoever. Staff at the lobby are not friendly at all. Visitors will regret every penny paid.

The kids enjoyed the slides and the arcade a lot. The family room is very nice and spacious but the beds are not comfortable at all, there was thin blankets for covers so we kept asking for comforters that we didn’t get until the 3rd day. We had to ask for replenishing the cotton buds, water and coffee inside the room. The walls are so thin so you can hear cars on the streets while sleeping and the neighbors arguments as if they were with you. It’s not a beach front hotel, we took a shuttle bus to go to the beach very close by but that was not a problem. Very few of the staff speak english and the last day a member of the staff was very rude to us because we were a bit late to check out.

The property was in a very good condition. No light in the corridor, on floor -1 and -2 (near the gaming room and Barbershop) No Toilet Paper in toilet - floor 6. Very good restaurants, good food, good water pool. Good sea .

Everything was great , just room cleaning was weak which they fixed after we told about it

Crystal sunset was a lovely resort. The food was gorgeous. The buffet was so extensive that we found ourselves spoilt for choice. They have a Turkish day on Thursday and the traditional dishes on offer were mouth watering. Facilities were excellent. Had no trouble with anything. Relaxed and enjoyed to the max.

I would give 100 stars to the stuff- very polite and attentive employees. Overall,it was a good vacation. Lots of people but the hotel is so huge so you won't be stuck in the crowd. Way to many kids- like a lot of kids. It is a great place for families & kids. Pool area is big clean and cool but you need to wake up earlier and get yourself a bed by the pool cause everybody does that. (you can leave your towel for example, so when you come back from the beach or breakfast you have a place. 90% of guests are Russians. Food was good. Lots of different restaurants. The only down-part is the beach since it has huge stones under the water but the hotel can't do nothing about it. And if you are 4 and more people in one room- you won't get a good view from your balcony cause all the junior suites are facing the road. Overall, good stay! I recommend!

Great hotel, lovely room, excellent food (choice and quality), nice pool (little cold), great slides, close to beach and shops. Kids club was a great space/layout, but the guy running it was rude (including to kids) and disinterested (preferred to be on his phone) - would be a great facility with someone half decent. Some of the waiting/cleaning staff were nice, but entertainment staff on the whole very poor and customer service from reception and certain other staff non-existent - e.g. my 5 year-old’s ice cream fell off his cone onto the floor and the girl refused to serve him another one (despite it being an all-inclusive hotel and him being in tears holding an empty ice cream cone...). Worst staff I’ve ever seen or experienced while on holiday - however if you ignore / look past that, the hotel itself is fantastic.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and the overall hotel is nice and being All inclusive really helps with a variety of options for food and drinks.

Unfortunately,food was not that great.Old and fresh ones mixed for sure ,and tons of wasted food.It goes all into garbage!!!Seeing the tables after people eat makes your heart ache .It should be signs all over the restaurants regarding this matter.

It is very expensive and not very good. The only good thing the swimming pools
