They couldn’t give us the crib neither the hairdryer that said they had available. On our checkin, they didn’t have hand towels and bathroom floor mat. We slept there 3 nights and they didn’t make it available for us.

We arrived at the hotel early and attempted to check in, but the receptionist didn’t seem very willing to assist us. We chose this hotel mainly for the gym, which turned out to be very small and not well-maintained. On the bright side, the room had a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is conveniently close to everything

Não havia toalhas ou cobertas em meu quarto. O cofre, a tábua de passar roupas e a descarga do banheiro estavam quebrados. E havia um barulho ensurdecedor de um gerador do próprio hotel que não me permitiram dormir.

When I arrived there, the guy at reception said that I didn’t have reservation. They didn’t change dates and my reservation had been canceled. I showed my reservation and he said that he couldn’t do anything for me because they didn’t have available room

Great place to stay. Close to everything, with a correct breakfast. For sure, I will come back to the Go Inn.

Good location, clean rooms, spacious shower area, very comfortable and big bed, courteous staff. Hotel offers lunch and dinner buffet for about $10. Very convenient if you need it. Nice breakfast included in hotel day price. Hotel has small convenience store with some food, snacks and beverage. Stayed several days and enjoyed my stay. The only two things that bothered me some were: no black tea offered for breakfast (other herbal teas were available) and some people which could have been guests or employees or both, hanging out in front of the hotel where cars are supposed to park dropping off and picking up guests. People were smoking and chatting never really made room for car to park. This happened nearly every night I came back late to the hotel. There was no safety issue. Just a bit uncomfortable and it did not look good for hotel. Other than that, I would certainly stay there again. ; )

Very clean and spacious room. Great room service (our beds were made every day and towels cleaned when required). The breakfast buffet every morning was great!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They didn't speak English very comfortably but they were eager and delighted to help! I would definitely stay again and I would recommend! Very beautiful and quiet location on the top of a hill, walking distance from A large mall.

As instalações são boas e por um preço justo. Bom café da manhã. Porém a internet deixou a desejar. Em caso de viagem a trabalho; onde é necessário uma boa comunicação, isso ficaria prejudicado. Não sei se foi algo pontual ou se é frequente.

Gosto muito do Hotel, é novo e bem cuidado. Porém houveram muitos problemas com a internet nesta última estadia.

A iluminação do quarto e do banheiro poderiam ser melhores!!! O quarto estava com uma mancha vermelha no chão!!! O estacionamento tem de ser publicado quando se fecha a estadia que o mesmo e pago como diária no hotel , porque senão é desagradável quando Vc chega pro Chek In é pergunta sobre daí te informam !!! Clareza e Transparência na hora da compra são bem vindas .

Em relação ao café da manhã, faltou maior disponibilidade de água, o suco de caju decanta rápido e não tem misturador, o mel em "sachê" estavam em sua maioria danificados, vazando e são difíceis de abrir, a quantidade de fruta era pequena para a demanda, necessitando reposição que demorava. Fui ao café às 8:30h
