Clean room,Staff,Kitchen is good/the gym is poor

The best hotel in GV by far.

The people were pretty nice, the place was pretty comfortable and it was big, the only bad thing is that we found 3 small cockroaches in the bathroom

The elevator was broken. The staff don’t work after 9:00pm. The air conditioner, is set on the temperature that we can’t control.

Everything was great! Very clean!

Pretty nice , clean, had to change rooms due to a pipe burst and one room smelled moldy. however beds were clean and sheets. New towels everyday overall pretty good.

Muito maravilhoso! Adorei da recepcao ate a hora de saida... O quarto estava bem limpo, banheiro tambem! Cafe da manha muito gostoso e a localizacao perfeita! Voltaremos mais vezes!

If you're an American...San Diego Hotel is the best place for your money. Clean and located in walking distance to the central market and shops. Great restaurant on property. Staff is beyond friendly and professional. Very accommodating. The only thing i didn't like was the breakfast. It was the same thing with not much variety. But I'm not a breakfast guy so I wasn't bothered too much by that. There is a place only steps from the front door of the hotel that has the best acai. If you don't know what that is...try it and you'll be hooked. A small walk away is a mall. But the best is the central market about two blocks from the hotel So very cool and everyone is super friendly. Now the big question...Is it safe? There's some homeless about but that's everywhere these days. However, I think Valadares is very safe! Obviously, you stay in the central areas but that's anywhere you go in the US. Valadares is full of energy and always people on the move. Things close up early because Brazilians value their family/home time. If you're a visiting American.... stay at the San Diego hotel for sure. You won't regret it. Perfectly located to enjoy all Valadares has to offer.

I feel like at home. Very spacious and comfortable. I love the balcony with great view of the city.

Hotel is very clean, rooms are big and modern. Only issue was that the windows are not sound proof.
