Even though the rooms are cute but clean and comfortable, the location is also near the crowds. Friendly staff.

The room is quite spacious (Japanese standard) because we did book a bigger room, the toilet is equipped with a heater (very useful in cold weather), the receptionist can speak Indonesian. It's just a bit awkward to walk to the hotel because it's a bit uphill and carrying a big suitcase 😭.

Comfortable, clean and complete room. Plus easy location search close to Shibuya Station. Near the shopping center and also the Hachiko statue. When returning to Japan I will definitely go back to sleep in this hotel.

Nice Hospitality in term of services and facilities, very close to shibuya crossing and city center.

The accommodation is in accordance with the picture, the location is also quite strategic near the Shibuya station and the legendary Hachiko Monument. Cleanliness is quite good and personal hygiene equipment has been prepared and is neat. I will come back again if in the future I will plan a vacation trip to Tokyo Japan.

Very close to shibuya cross roads as well as station and hachiko statues. Value for money staying there.

The location is very close to Sibuya Station, Shibuya Crosesing. When it's cherry blossom season, there's a cool photo spot. rooms are quite small, standard hotel 3 * in Tokyo 14 sqm. enough if only to sleep. If there is a budget, you can take it 21 sqm. Complete amenities. Modern automatic toilet seat.

It was a great experience to stay at Shibuya Granbell Hotel. The room was small but comfy at the same time. Everything was perfect. Bathroom also clean, and breakfast was good. Just had the same breakfast menu for 5 days in a row but I still enjoyed it. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay at Shibuya Granbell Hotel on my next visit. :D

Very close by Shibuya West Exit, which makes it really convenient. Just a walk away from Daikanyama as well, so location is pretty central.

Good to stay. Near Shibuya by walking about 5-7 minutes. Breakfast not much choice but have to restaurants for Japanese and American food.
