Service was great. We came early in the morning but the owner still enthusiastically let us check in and free completely. Rooms are clean, spacious and lovely yard. Conveniently located in the old town area and easy to move to famous spots in Chiang Mai.

Very decent and comfortable place to stay in Trigong residence. It's very convenient to walk to nearby eating places. There is also a nearby restaurant (5-10mins) which operate 24 hours which is good for our stay as we have early plan trip hence need to depart as early as 7am. The hotel room is very spacious and have necessary facilities for a simple stay. There are fridge and hot water available. Plus points, owner is very friendly and helpful and his cute pets were so adorable. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel The only comment will be non sound proof room as we can hear people talking outside the room.

The room was clean and cozy. The receptionist was kind enough to give us instruction. However our bathroom has water leaking from faucet occasionally and the aircon was too noisy. But anyway we were too tired to ask for another one. Overall we would still consider the place if we were to travel here again. It got nice feel and quiet neighborhood.

The owners are nice. But the room’s condition is not so good. The aircon is so old and hard to control. But in general it is ok.

Tri Gong Residence puts other hostels to shame. Really. I couldn't find anything bad to say about it. 1. The room is spacious, clean, with hot water for shower, daily supply of towels, drinking water and toilet paper. 2. Very friendly staff. Allowed late check in with no fuss/add cost at all. 3. Near to attractions. There’s a bike rental just around the corner, a massage place, travel agency, cafes, food stalls and good restaurants. About a 20mins walk to the night bazaar. It’s like staying in a hotel with a very very cheap price. I would definitely stay here again.

The owner is very kind. Facilitate well. Even though the place is close to restaurants and bars. But no noise came to my room.

Daily housekeeping staff Have water every day And can be added manually. (Ask staff / owner at all) Hot water and free coffee. I can brew it. Staff very friendly.
