Hotel is very average, room nice enough.. bathroom kind of in need of a refresh... Cockroackes coming through cracks. Tiles at the bottom of the shower didn't meet the shower tray, I slipped and caught my toes underneath and cut a number of them... My husband visited reception as I was bleeding and was given one tiny plaster, he went back and was given another tiny plaster... So he had to visit a shop down the street while I was sat bleeding... Hotel staff were not interested. Drink choice was limited and food selection was poor and not really nice

The property has a spacious feel to it, from the outside spaces to the internal communal areas and individual rooms. All areas were clean and well maintained. The staff were professional, welcoming and friendly and a lovely bonus was on my birthday after being out for the day we returned to a surprise bottle of "bubbly" in our room! Our room was very large with an exceptionally large bed together with a seating area. It also had a large balcony with a lovely sea view. If anything, they could improve on providing consistent information: the TV screens said one thing but a receptionist said another. And, along with another couple who reported the same issue, the shower head would not stay upright in its bracket while having a shower. Overall, the property offers very good value for money and a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Out first adult only hotel and we absolutely loved it. The hotel room was of a big size, the three separate pools of varying temperatures were great to either warm up or cool down. The bus stop directly outside the hotel made it easier to travel to the airport. I would recommend

Beautiful hotel. Staff are really friendly and nice. The room was modern and spacious for 3 adults. Plenty of loungers by the pool. Hotel is bright and modern. Nice relaxing 3 nights/4 days. Downside, premium drinks and some food options come at an extra charge even though if booking all inclusive and no stacked mini bar. Was surprised to see empty fridge. If they change that I would come again.

Lovely hotel - all areas very clean and staff very friendly. Good choice and quality of all inclusive food options. Drinks also good, machine made cocktails but taste good. Really convenient location, 15 mins from Yumbo Centre. Would recommend if staying in GC.

Great location but parking is a problem! Actually the whole island seems to have parking issues! Use taxi/Uber.

Clean, modern hotel with a nice pool area and very friendly staff. I had the all-inclusive plan and there were a nice variety of drinks included, but not every menu item was included. There was a nice variety of food in the buffet and the cooking stations provided fresh options. The snack bar did not have many choices in the AI plan, mostly toasted sandwiches. Lovely pool area with plenty of available chairs and umbrellas. I enjoyed the hotel and it’s close proximity to the beach, but did not care for the feel of Playa Del Ingles.

It was my birthday we booked away for a couple of days. Really liked the hotel very surprised - would book another break at this hotel. I do feel the hotel could have celebrated my birthday. Location of hotel was very good. I do think more information is needed for quests around all inclusive. Bars are confusing about why to order & there can be a language barrier. Hotel had loads of seating areas which was fantastic. I would have liked the balcony doors to have a lock they didn't also missed the door eye on door. Very quiet hotel which was enjoyable. Food was really good and service very good. Selection was very good.

Stayed here for 3 nights, my last stay here was 8 years ago. Food was very goid and plenty of choice, drinks were good, rum was only cheaper one, not Arehucas which is produced on the Island so a mark down for that and in the main entertainment bar, you have to put your own mixer in.. pool area always busy and overall it was worth the money u paid for all inclusive. We had a great stay at the Gran Canaria Princess resort hotel. Defintely do the all inclusive - the food put out was different everyday and was often themed (mexican, asian etc) with plenty of other choices- the drinks included in the all inclusive were pretty good - beer, wine, prosecco, sangria all on tap or readily available to order as well as all the spirits and mixers. Apparently the all inclusive plus options gets you better top shelf spirits and drinks but the drinks poured in our all inclusive regular option certainly hit the spot - the free pour is unreal (hardly room for the mixer) - there were bars by the pool side and we were nicely buzzed by the pool at all times!! We made use of the entertainment (archery, games etc) and shows at night! was a lot of fun. The cleanliness of the hotel was pretty good (apart from a little mould in the shower) - cleaning staff were very friendly and cheerful - in fact all hotel staff were amazing!! Recommend a stay here for sure!! We will be back

Zdecydowanie polecam pobyt w tym hotelu! Jedzenie było bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone – każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, a dania były codziennie świeże i różnorodne. W hotelu panowała nienaganna czystość, a wszystkie pomieszczenia były utrzymane w idealnym porządku. Bardzo doceniam także przestronność obiektu – dużo miejsca zarówno w środku, jak i na zewnątrz, co sprawia, że można cieszyć się spokojem i relaksem. Obsługa była niezwykle miła i pomocna, zawsze gotowa do pomocy w każdej sytuacji. Szczególnie doceniam możliwość skorzystania z prysznica po wymeldowaniu – to świetne udogodnienie, które znacznie ułatwia ostatni dzień pobytu jeśli masz wieczorny lot. Na pewno wrócę przy okazji kolejnego wyjazdu!

This hotel cannot be faulted. Exceptional buffet style food, good evening entertainment, comfy rooms, efficient friendly staff. Can't wait to go back. One of the best features if the large pool area with more than enough beds.

The Gran Canaria Princess Hotel has spacious facilities to allow guest be comfortable during the stay. The buffet has a great food variety and the rooms are very comfortable. I would like to highlight the friendly staff, they make you feel at home. As a feedback the wellness center doesn’t have enough equipment in comparison with the other areas.

Average hotel but great staff.

Great hotel and only negative was the lifts kept breaking . Food staff and cleanliness was superb. Would come again
