The check-in process does not meet standards, especially for international guests. Coming from the USA, I was so disappointed that I had to abandon my room and take another one somewhere else.

I had a great stay, place was clean, safe and beds were fine

The bed wasn't queen, I know I have a queen size myself but everything was ok for the deluxe room.

Nice quiet place, the room was in good conditions.

J'arrivais de voyage durant la nuit avec ma fille de 8 ans. À notre arrivé à 2h30 du matin, la chambre était congelé.... le mr de la réception est passé et a dit que c'était normal que le chauffage ne fonctionnais pas que c'était seulement le petit foyer décoratif le chauffage..... j'ai donc parti le petit foyer et nous avons dormi avec nos manteau d'hiver..... vers 7h le matin la chambre a commencer a être confortable.... sans oublier les polices qui son venu dans la chambre en face ....

No shelf close to the bathroom. Fridge is a bit noisy. No extra lock on the main door.
