Room was clean & beds were comfortable. Great price for what you get.

The hot tub was terrible - the water was off colored, the jets didn’t work and it was luke warm at best. The room was clean-ish, bed was okay for comfort, the pillows were nice. The noise was awful. We were on the first floor and you could hear every movement from the second floor, all night, including taps, toilets, walking, doors closing - everything. The room was very hot, there is a wall ac but it was extremely loud and did not work well. Would not recommend staying here if you want a good sleep.

Air conditioning did not work on an extremely hot day. Management said nothing they could do about it.

Only thing they didn't have was complimentary breakfast, which I'm sure when I booked it, said it did.

The humidity inside the room was extreme, everything felt damp. There was a musty smell in the bathroom. It took 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk so my husband could check us in, and almost the same amount of time before he could check out

Great salt pool,hot tub could have been hotter

Unfortunately you truly get what you pay for with this hotel. The AC unit was not functioning(store brand cheap store brand window unit), and it was over +40 outside. They had no replacement, portable AC, or fans to offer. I was offered no compensation for this, due to booking on Expedia. If it wasn’t so late at night, we would have left but my son was already in bed. Luckily a family member was able to bring us a fan. The rooms are decent enough for a place to sleep, and clean. Pool area could use some upgrades, but was usable and my son enjoyed the water slide. The parking lot is also horrible, massive potholes everywhere. Not accessible at all, no automatic doors and no elevator. Request a main floor room if you have mobility issues.

We enjoyed our stay here. My toddler enjoyed the waterslide. We didnt have any issues at all. Its not perfect but for the price, we appreciated our stay.

First off, I'd like to commend the staff for their friendliness and attempts at working in a difficult situation. It is clear that the owner has moved on to other priorities and left the staff behind having to deal with old malfunctioning equipment. The shortcuts taken by the owner are evident everywhere. The parking lot is worse than the country roads in the surrounding area. The wi-fi is abhorrent. If you're hoping to work from your room, you'll be staring at a buffering wheel for long moments. The bed is so worn, sitting on the edge practically throws you to the ground. The air conditioner conked out, and the replacement didn't work, until I cleaned the filter and played with the digital dials. The phone was dead, and had to be replaced. The maintenance man looked exasperated, as he had to return to repair the loose toilet seat. I cannot in good conscience recommend for anyone to stay here. My friend and I were disappointed, but made the best of a four day stay, by leaving the hotel as often as we could.

the floor needed sweeping - rather dirty - my black socks were covered. we found stuff under the bed

Our first night we stayed the room wasn’t ready at check-in time. We had to wait 2 hours. The room wasn’t very clean. The hot tub wasn’t very hot. Not enjoyable at all. The second time we stayed the room wasn’t very clean and the air conditioner didn’t get cold at all. Very hot in the room. We would have not stayed the second time but due to it being unrefundable we decided to stay anyway and not lose out on our money. Will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Simple and close to where we needed to be. Great price and super friendly staff. The hotel hadn’t been remodelled for a while and the lingering smell of cigarette smoke was evident but for $79 and one overnight I’ll take it! 😊

We had a ground floor/door to the parking lot but spots were not marked so we could not park in front of our door as someone else parked there

The staff was were great, and super friendly. The room was clean and stocked. My only complaint, is that I was looking forward to using the ‘hot’ tub after an 11 hour drive in bad weather…and it was just warm, so I never ended up using it.
