The hotel was excellent, the staff went out of their way to assist us. All around an excellent experience and will definitely tell family and friends to stay here. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonderful hotel, very clean!

I would avoid the ocean front suites if you are looking for a quiet sleep. The sliding doors to the balcony are not the best at suppressing the sounds of the main street. But it’s proximity to the beach is pretty good

It’s very well located and the staff was always with a smile. However the bathroom was not clean and well kept at all. Very dirty bathroom made our stay not to be great.

Boa estadia mas poderia ser melhor. A lavanderia só funciona em horários em que o hóspede geralmente está fora do hotel passeando na praia (8:30 as 17) Deveria ser 24hrs. Nao tinha um ferro de passar roupa nos quartos. A piscina estava fechada. A sauna também estava fechada. Havia vazamento de água no banheiro. Enfim, todos os requisitos que me fizeram escolher esse hotel me desapontaram.

If you expecting top service or a 3-4 stars in Joao Pessoa, then get prepared because this stars won't exist there. Starting with the good stuff, the shower was ok, but none of the amenities were refueled. The cover blanket and pellow covers were disgusting, after 3 attempts the switched for clean ones. Their merchant machine to payoff the bill might not work so bring cash with you. The pool is nothing you see in pictures, it is really small. The towels from the room are very low quality and you will get one per person, we asked for the pool towels to use it at the room, it worked ok. The breakfast its better then a continental US breakfast, but be ready because its very oily.

Hotel tem classificação equivocada pois não merece nota acima de 7. Estava com quartos cheirando a mofo, lençóis rasgados, toalhas com cheiro ruim, água do chuveiro sem aquecer e a piscina é completamente diferente do que parece ser na foto. Absolutamente não recomendo!

Melhor hotel de João pessoa, voltarei em breve e recomendo demais

I stayed in the same hotel my room was not as good like the first visit but it was ok the must I like about the hotel is how friendly the stuff is particularly the restaurant and the housekeepers they are always smailing and ready to do anything to make sure you are satisfied the housekeeper I really appreciated they fold my clouts I left the room in such a mess I told her I was rushing out the I was sorry for the mess when I came back she when the extra mile to make sure I was so over the moon I really hope she got the tip I left for her on reception .

Staff is not efficient as a team. Breakfast is boring and lacks variety. (OJ is extra) Staff is not adequately trained. Gests are not heir first priority. Manager does not seem to care. Hotel needs to hire more staff.

Tinha vista lateral para o mar. Quarto limpo, tudo ok. O hotel fica muito perto do mar. Só atravessar a rua e já tá na orla e depois na praia

Não gostei muito pelo check in ser às 15:00h e algumas coisas precisam ser revistas e ajustadas no hotel mas, pela localização e custo benefício ta bom

O Quarto era muito confortável, ótimo banheiro. Limpo.

Boa limpeza. Bom serviço.

1) Quarto com cheiro forte de mofo. Ao questionar, disseram ser “normal” e nada fizeram. 2) Quarto antigo, com móveis estufados, paredes danificadas e arranhadas. 3) Toalha com manchas. 4) Banheiro precisando de reparos. 5) Funcionários desinteressados em ajudar. 6) Equipe de manutenção começa a trabalhar às 8h e faz um barulho muito alto ao utilizar máquinas. Positivos: localização e café da manhã bom.

Já me hospedei algumas vezes nesse hotel, deixe de ir por um tempo, pra ver ser melhorava… cade dia pior. Café da manhã péssimo, cama com luminária pendurada por tras dos travesseiros, serviço de manutenção de laje e split sendo feito as 6h no domingo. Nem tenho o que comentar, as fotos esclarecem tudo. Nord, vcs tem uma ótima rede hoteleira, não deixem esse se acabar. Valorizem a equipe que é muito boa e o local extremamente privilegiado.

Reservamos um quarto triplo standard para três adultos (1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro), de frente para o mar, com varanda. O quarto tem ótimo tamanho, porém o banheiro poderia ser um pouco maior. Os funcionários são atenciosos, no entanto o café da manhã deixou a desejar.

Equipe gentil, quartos limpos, otima localização na praia de cabo branco, com otima estrutura pra comer e passear na orla
