Very comfortable room and location convenient to the train

I had an absolutely magnificent time. My stay was relaxed and comfortable. It’s very convenient when everything is very close and walkable distances. The room was soooo clean; the property was well maintained. The staff was prompt, friendly and super informative. I had a few issues entering the building when i arrived but staff was helpful. They answered my questions promptly and reassured me. There isn’t an elevator but it did not bother me at all. It’s all part of the experience. The shower had the most amazing water pressure so after a long day of walking and exploring, it was great. Thank you to the staff for their incredible service. I will come back!

Location and conditions of the place

Lovely 3 night stay. Walking distance to the main square but far enough out to be quiet. Clean and spacious and loved the high ceilings. TV was poor, no English speaking channels or music for background noise.

Lovely apartment in a great location next to the station. 25 minute walk to the Old Town which we didn’t mind. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again if we visit Krakow again.

Very clean apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Topolowa Residence. The room was spacious and a nice place to spend our time when not exploring the city. Everything was clean as described and the location is perfect to walk into the centre of the Old Town.

Good accommodation, comfortable and clean. Slightly out of the main tourist area but only about a 15-20 minute walk away. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn’t realise on booking was that this accommodation is not serviced during your stay. Although extra pillows and towels were found in the wardrobe. Overall extremely good value for money

Wow, what a great place. I don't imagine all apartments are the exact same but I stayed in 311 and it was absolutely lovely. The space was huge, ample storage room, a whole kitchen attached which I wasn't expecting and a perfect location for the train station and close enough to get to the Old Town Square in 20 minutes walk or less. I walked around town the entire time and never used public transport so this was accessible for those on foot. A really quiet area and great for the price. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends visiting Krakow.

Beautiful and great location

Impressive and large property. Well equipped and clean throughout. Staff were lovely.

Lovely property to stay in. Very clean and lots of extra towels and bedding. The apartment smelt so fragrant and fresh. Large shower and plenty of toilet roll, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Doors automatically locked so felt very safe. Easy to order Deliveroo meals and get Uber taxis etc. About a fifteen minute lovely walk from the Old Town.

Room was everything we needed spacious, clean and good size. We were on 3rd floor and we knew when booking there is no lift. Clear instructions for check in nice 15 minutes walk to main square Only thing is walls are thin and we could hear people in next room snoring. But would stay again

Employees were so helpful. My train was delayed and I was going to arrive after check in. I messaged them and they messaged back quickly with my information and how to access my room. This could have been a disaster but they were able to make it very pleasant for me. It is also very close to the square nad town center along with wawel castle. Thank you for everything and I look forward to visiting again.

Simply the Best

Friendly staff, very quiet building

The apartments were the best that I have been exposed to, so far thru Expedia ! They were clean , up to date , very nice bathroom , and plenty of room in all the rooms ! I was actually very surprised as to how nice they were and they would be my first choice when I return to Krakow ! The staff was always nice and helpful ! When I checked out I forgot a very important item ! The staff took it upon themselves to mail it to me ! I appreciated their proactive and constant I can do attitude !

Completely furnished and equipped studio with kitchenette, large super clean and comfortable room, with all conveniences at hand. Beautiful patio, a short wall from main train station and main square, shopping mall and all attractions of this beautiful city. Friendly staff,very recommended
