The whole complex was very clean. The staff friendly and helpful. The two outdoor pools were not very busy so it was easy to get a sunbed. The food could have been a bit more varied, but was generally very good. The air-conditioned gym was excellent and free to access for residents. Our room did back on to a busy road which was far enough away not to cause a real problem although you could sometimes hear noisy cars and motorbikes. The hotel is quite well set up for cyclists.

Welcoming staff, great location and good entertainment. Only downside was the area around the main pool was only partially non slip - walking through the bar from the pool could be quite slippery! Excellent tennis, padel and gym facilities. Restaurant Girovolta was really nice! Rooms spotless, food was good and the overall experience was brilliant.

Great hotel, lovely staff. Reasonable prices for food and drink at the bar. Shuttle bus to the beach was so helpful.

The two gentleman on reception went above and beyond to help me the day that I had a problem locating my husband and daughter. They couldn’t have done more or offered more to help. Wonderful stay! Would absolutely recommend to others.

Usual good experience. Some blocks are better than others, but good overall. Some days the buffet offering is better than other days. Some facilities are tired but clean and serviceable. Excellent Bike facilities and always very friendly staff.

Great stay for cyclists! A lot of parking spots and the breakfast buffet is perfect before the rides. Good service! The room is spacious and have everything that you need.

Excellent hotel for cycling, with a secure and accessible bike garage. Well-equipped gym/spa; and Comfort apartment spacious and modern. Dinner buffet a bit limited and lukewarm in parts.

Hotel was in a good location, 15min walk from Puerto Pollensa. Nice and quiet at night. However, the apartment was very tired and old, we would not have said 4 star, probably a 3 star at best.

Great set up for us cyclists, relaxing and good for us couples walking and hiking and for evenings walking to and back from Port Pollenca

Went here on a short break with my partner. Apartment was clean and tidy. We found the shuttle bus useful but a taxi to port de Pollença was only €6 which is very good. Would recommend if you are looking a chill holiday getaway

The property was a good fit for our requirements, and close to the town and beach with a shuttle bus provided. The immediate area was ok but had limited amenities. Especially good place to stay if you are into sports but still great with two young kids!

Great value for money. Location is perfect for exploring but would recommend a car. Lots of sports on site.

This was our first stay and there were some positive and negative aspects. It is classed as 4-star but would consider 3-star hotel. Positives - Food - there was a great selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The dinner options were all very tasty and plentiful. - Tennis & Padel - the facilities were first class, with 5 padel courts and 2 tennis courts. The hotel was selected for the options available and didn’t disappoint. There was always availability to book and rackets were provided free for hotel guests. Albeit the cost to book the courts were very high. - Access - the town is a short 15 minutes walk, and found much easier to walk the back road than the main road. There is also a bus stop very close by in the main road which allows travel into Pollensa, Alcudia and Palms a great option. Negatives - Property condition- the rooms were very dated and in need of a refurbishment to be classed as 4-star. The restaurant was okay, but major trip hazard in middle and the charges for drinks were quite excessive. Pool - the main pool was a fair size and the fresh water suited although my son developed an ear infection and suspect this was the cause and also knew a number of other children developed infections. The pool bar was always open, although the prices were quite high. The toilet facilities were always dirty and had a dodgy lock which caused my son to get locked in, fortunately were able to prise open from outside. All in all a good 3-star hotel.

What could have been a great experience was unfortunately let down by the poor air conditioning in the room which made spending any time in the room & sleeping unbearable. When we mentioned this to the reception, no action was taken and we had to ask for fans. Although slightly dated, the apartament room was clean, spacious and adequately equipped. The facilities, gym and pool areas were great and the breakfast excellent. Nice location with option of a 10 minute walk or shuttle bus to the beach
