The overall experience was fine. I would stay there again. The location very good. I would say breakfast experience could be better. It’s an old property and stairs can be a challenge with no lift.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times because of its location. All the rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is buffet style and is excellent. Staff are always friendly and courteous. We were upgraded to a 2 bed apartment this time - was lovely to have use of a kitchen and separate lounge area. Useful to have parking in this area - easy walk into Mumbles.

Staff are fabulous. Really make you feel welcome. Our room was beautiful and wonderfully cool in the May bank holiday heat wave. Couldn’t fault our stay. I just wish we could have stayed longer

It was great to be able to park and also to sit outside our room. (14)Although, the view is across the car park towards the sea. The room is small but comfortable, especially the bed. The shower worked well, although there is no where to put your own shampoo/ shower gel etc but on the floor. The glass partition to the shower means that the floor tends to get wet. Unfortunately the wifi didn’t work in the room but could be picked up outside room 12! Breakfast was extensive and delicious, in a nice room, with plenty of choice from the hot and cold self service buffet. It was lovely to sit outside the dining room and enjoy a drink in the garden, especially on such a hot and sunny day. All the staff were extremely helpful and we were offered bottles of cold water when we checked out for out journey, which were very much appreciated.

A lovely hotel. Cosy, spacious rooms. Very airy. Very clean bed, nice linens. Large shower, fab lit up mirror in the bathroom. TV was in good working condition and on a swivel bracket so could be watched from the bed, or sofa. There were waters, 2 lotus biscuits, tea and coffee in the rooms. The best bit were the fans in the wardrobe, which were powerful and much needed in the hot weather, so we were able to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast the next morning was varied and good quality. The staff were all welcoming and kind and when we said we were off to the beach, we were given complimentary bottles of water for our trip. 100% would come back. Had a lovely stay.

Everything was very good. Pleasant and helpful staff. Food really good. Great location. Very pleasant room.

First time stay at Norton House - warm welcome, good sized room and decent breakfast, which was all good value for money

Amazing little find, will be back!

Quiet, comfortable although fine for a single such as myself, the double room was a little small for a couple.

When we arrived the car park was full with no reserved area for residents. Room was good but quite small. Window had to be wedged with tissue box to stay open. Staff amazing and breakfast great, beautiful location would stay again.

Close to Mumbles, plenty of parking and breakfast was lovely. Bed was very squeaky which was annoying during the night and the room was quite chilly, but overall a nice stay.

Good parking, clean room, excellent customer service. Staff were all great.

Room was cosy, clean and staff friendly and helpful. Been several times before because we love it here. We motorbike over the mountains and location is great to park the bikes and then can explore the coast on foot, with lots of eateries nearby. Breakfast is always lovely. The staff always let us leave our bikes in the car park for a bit after check out so we can do a walk before we hop back on the bikes and head home.

Beautiful location. Straightforward to locate and ample parking, which was great. Warm welcome and easy check-in. Room was very hot (radiators work well!); helpful assistance provided to turn radiators off. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately power outage (while I was asleep) meant TV turned itself on in the night! Lovely to have tea, coffee and a small biscuit. Would have been wonderful if there were a bottle of water, though this was offered on check out fire the drive home, which was a thoughtful gesture. Would definitely re-visit - thank you for a great stay.
