This was a very good spot for a family stay. Plenty of room. It would have been helpful to have some instructions for the room in English or French for the kitchenette. The beds were comfy. It was an easy bus trip into the city centre and easy access to main motorways.

Third visit to this place and will be back ! Friendly and informative staff. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is very nice and fresh. Thank you Julie

It was great, we arrived late so there was no one at the reception. However we were able to get clear instructions in self checkin. Everything was spotless. Great experience

Kitchen useful

Everything was ok except that I woke up in the middle of the night (around 4 in the morning) by a sound like coming from either a hair dryer or a fan or water tubes, something in the house. This happened 3 times and it lasted for a couple of minutes every time. I was in room 501. I didn't sleep after that.

No air conditioning, had to take out trash by myself:(

Totally satisfied with the room and all the facilities. Spacious, clean and having our own kitchen was an added bonus. We will definitely use AppartHotels again

Unfortunately, this hotel was too far from what we needed and we were unable to stay there. They would not refund our stay.

Beware of friendly moustiques

Everything is perfect, except there is no air condition. Do not book on hot summers !

The small kitchen is the room was very nice. The room had been warmed up a bit too much by the sun.

I was granted a free room upgrade at check-in. Most of staffs are very helpful. Excellent stay.

Was good. Staff is friendly and could speak English. The only thing I would change is the wifi password. Those things are hard to type out.

Great apartment hotel. Convenient, simple with gym and sauna.

Room was perfectly adequate, we were only staying for one night en route back to Caen. It is situated next to a hospital in more of business estate so quite a drive back into Renne centre. Had a small kitchen and tea & coffee facilities so good for anyone wanting to be more self contained and as there was no restaurant apart from breakfast, either eat first or take something in! No air conditioning working, beds hard, good shower and bathroom. Breakfast and parking charged in addition to room rate.

Appart'City Confort Rennes – Cesson Sévigné is new, quiet, comfortable with a great breakfast and a friendly and helpful staff. It did not meet our expectations which was our fault. We traveled to Rennes to see the city and explore it's history. Unfortunately, there was a a major agriculture conference in Rennes and no hotels were available in the old section of Rennes. This hotel was too distant to meet our needs.
