Is there anyone that I can talk to about getting a compensation for our relocation. Aside from having too much hassle with doing follow ups on your customer service. I found red doors room cheaper than what I paid for the hotel that I'm supposed to be in which is Capital Suites. I'm not satisfed with your service specially that I was advised late that this hotel is nit operating given that it's still in your options of hotels.

Very good stay and accommodation except for the CR that has no bidet and no dipper or bucket.

The room looks good. I love the design and the bed is comfy. The only negative thing I can think of is the mouse in our room who ate some of our food and lurking around the room whenever we're sleeping.

Location wise this is a 5 out 5. Nestled at the busy street of Escario, Cebu City. Staff were accommodating. Cleans linens and toiletries were available. A good place to stay when visiting Cebu. I personally love the converter aircon. Almost it did not emit any noise when turned on had a very good sleep and stay.

I never enjoyed my whole stay in the hotel, there is no bed comforter, they online provide us a very thin sheet and it is not helping to fight the cold. The bathroom does not have bidet. However, the staff is too friendly and approachable.

the room was great. the staff were quite helpful when my companion wanted to upgrade our room. Though I have to let it be known that they (the people in the front desk) are bit robotic, kept on telling us about the prices and what not (doesn't really mattered since the price change was minimal). But the other hotel staff was very friendly. Needs more customer service training, more empathy. But overall the room was clean. Limited power sockets.

Hassle reservation because when we got to the hotel we waited for atleast 40mins before they found our reservation. We wanted to get rest but the reservation did not showed up on your computer, I hope this doesnt happen to anyone. The shower is not working properly and the room is so small. 😡

The worst hotel in cebu city ever. With p2,100 per night, no soap, shampoo & roam facilities spoil. Water pressure really really upset me, I request from front service staff to change from 4th floor room to 2nd floor, i'm still not satisfied with water pressure(really really slow). This hotel I can describe is motel or hostel not hotel.

I suggest to change your towels. it looks like a floor map. its not white nor gray anymore. it's a rug. rooms are not sound proof, noises outside seems to disturb you especially when you are near the penthouse or restaurant. what only good to this hotel is very near to Capitol Building and near to other landmarks. The booking system is bad. They don't accept walk in booking even if you have cash or cards.

I wish for their CR and Bathroom to be remodeled as it looks old. I also wish for these kind of hotels to provide not just one hanger for their guest clothes.

The room was ok but their towels are very dirty and almost color gray instead of white. Also, the comfort room had a foul smell and heater is not working. The corridor is dark and the lights flicker so it will give u a creepy feeling. Plus u will see used glass or cup on the table in the corner from guest but the staff is not collecting those regularly.

Worst traffic but very near to tourist attractions and restaurant are walking distance! Accommodating staff though the curtains are dirty. Still had a pleasant stay here. Thank you!
