Room and hotel were clean, staff really friendly and helpful, and the hotel was in an ideal location for visiting the sights and also for restaurants for eating and drinking.

We didn’t love the property. We booked the Mona Lisa Suite which was supposed to be the largest room but it was incredibly tight, even by Paris standards. I have stayed in Paris 5 times in the last 10 years and it was the smallest room I have stayed in. I also felt there wasn’t very much transparency about that room, it was on the ground floor and the door to the room is right next to reception and the only elevator. The room didn’t have any windows only balcony doors that opened up into an interior space where the breakfast room was blocked off by a fake trellis. It was extremely dark and stuffy and felt a little bit like we were in a cave. I asked to see another room and the only one they had available was also an interior courtyard view on the first floor and even smaller. I love the Saint Germain District, and like I said I have stayed in other hotels in that same area so I understand the expectations. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend recommended anyone. The staff was just OK. There was one desk clerk toward the end of our stay who was very nice and helpful, but overall I wasn’t impressed in that regard either.

The perfect Paris experience… artsy vibe with a perk of a spa pool session each day of our stay! Great location within walking distance of the Louvre, Maison Sauvage and Cafe de Flore and Saint Germain area!

Great place until you get food poisoning. All three people in my party ate breakfast and all three vomited for 8 hours on the plane and needed wheelchairs to get off. Beware! Do not eat! Also pay attention to your bill

Very misleading on room type. Beware that a Superior Room with Balcony is actually an internal facing room, with an odd balcony arrangement that faces onto a very small internal lightwell. This was not stated anywhere on the room description when booking, nor do the photos highlight this, and is misleading when you are expecting a street facing room with a balcony. The staff were understanding of the situation (which from previous guest reviews appears to be a complaint also made by others) and fortunately they were able to move us to a street facing Deluxe room for the second night of our stay.

We don’t review much, but this property is and was worthy of 10 star review. Sadly, Expedia will only allow a 5 star. We come to Paris from California every year this is the best and nicest property we’ve ever stayed at. It was wonderful for the family, located on an almost private street in the middle Saint Germain, the best location (in my opinion) in Paris. The pool, steam room… everything! Absolutely wonderful and we will be back.

Tiny room with no amenities (no room to open luggage). Staff was indifferent. Lousy breakfast in very small and crowded cafe/lounge. Shockingly expensive for an overall poor experience

The staff was so incredibly friendly! They even had complimentary umbrellas to borrow in the lobby & that came in handy the day it rained during our stay! The breakfast was delicious too! The rooms were very small, I had to put my large suitcase on the bed to open it simply because there was no room. But the rooms were very clean & nicely decorated!
