The location of the hotel is very strategic near the patong beach. The hotel lent you a towel if you wanted to swim at the beach. bathroom is quite clean. every morning the room is cleaned

the location is okay, the rooms are okay, the front of the hotel is directly patong beach, the rooms are cleaned every day, anduk etc are replaced every day, the staff are friendly and always happy to help, deposit 1000 baht. the drawbacks: no mineral water or coffee is provided in the room, only teapots, cups, refrigerators, no lifts, quite tired and hassle going up and down stairs carrying luggage, carrying groceries. the rest is okay

The rooms are good, clean, neat, 24-hour receptionist, right in front of the beach, close to nightlife spots in Patong, walking to the junceylon mall, it's just good, the air conditioner is also cold.

I came here for the honeymoon, the location is rather difficult to find because to get into the hotel we have to go up a small staircase, squeezed between the shop and cafe india so. First, it was a bit strange, because we had to get a suitcase up to get into the hotel, but right up to the lobby, the place was really beautiful, because the view directly to Patong beach with a view from the 2nd floor. For the room, it was really nice because it had a balcon we can use it to dry clothes out of swimming pools on the other side. The location is also very strategic, the minus here is that there is no conditioner so when it is shampooing it's a bit of a pain, but fortunately the right side is a grocery mart, so it's easy if I search for daily goods like that.

The hotel is located right next to the beach, just steps out of the house we can swim & walk right away. My family has booked a tour to visit the city at 8am, then remember that the hotel check-in time is 12pm, though the hotel staff was very happy for my house to send thanks to luggage from early morning & check in after visiting the tour back at 4pm on the same day without extra charge, everyone is very happy, providing complete information about the hotel's services & cares about customers. Only a small point is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so it is inconvenient to bring luggage with grandparents and elderly parents.

Good location. Clean room hotel equipped with bath towels, beach towels and hot jug also compliment tea, coffee and bottles of water everyday comfortable place. Directly sea view, mini mart at next door, money changer and restaurants just walking in a minutes, shopping area, pub and transportation in front of the hotel, modern room decor, you can enjoying sunset at reception balcony terrace. This hotel is recommended to you

Good location. just across the beach and close to everywhere. But the condition of the hotel is not as expected. To enter the hotel you have to pass a small staircase, it is difficult to find the entrance to the hotel, it is not very suitable for the picture.

Strategic location, spacious room, amazing view (we opted for Quadruple Seaview room) and super accommodating staff (a big shoutout to Zaw Zaw who allows slightly later check-out time because we still want to use the room for praying). Minor issues — the hotel’s next to a busy road, so do expect noise at 2-3 AM and housekeeping can be improved upon.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, there are balconies, but are rather cramped for quadruple type rooms. the bathroom is quite spacious, clean, provided soap, shampoo, towels and hairdryer. There is no barrier between the shower and the sink. After using the bath, the floor becomes muddy and slippery. Strategic hotel location. Close to the beach, minimarkets, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, Bangla Road, Jungceylon Mall, and others. the staff is friendly and very helpful for its shortcomings, there is no elevator, overall, a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Very pleasant, Kartawan is very friendly, the hotel room is also very comfortable and satisfying! All available cutlery and kitchen, the position of the room directly facing the beach is also very good especially at a very affordable price.

Good location, not far from bangla road but not at a crazy busy street either. The AC in my first room doesn't work so they put me into another room the next day. No elevator so if you carry a giant suitcase be prepared.

The hotel has a name tag covering the room. Cashier women around the day are not willing. Customer service asked what would be offensive. Will not stay here again

hotel staffs were not helpful. although location is good right opposite patong beach however hotel is located at 2nd floor with a narrow staircase to walk up and there is no lift to the room making it very troublesome for people with luggage. at night the noise outside the room is very loud because it is situated right beside the main room. won't recommend to stay and i won't come back again.

It was a great experience. Room is so big and great bathroom with bidet. Free wifi and free cleaning service. They also give daily mineral water. Special request though we’re not achieved due to unavailability of service like beds and check in & check out. But the place is good, near beach volleyball court and beach as well.

I've been stayed for one night and it was the best night in phuket! none of the facilities was bad! The hotel looks authentic yet cools, receptionist do care about the guest when we need airport transfer van or when we complained the electric switch. we booked family room with affordable price, it has spacious room and the best things is they provide handy phone which allow you to make free calls domestic and international and even browsing internet. we were 6 people, but I think it can be for 10 people. offer all, it is located in front of the patong beach, which really make it more comfort and strategic than any others. will go back to this hotel!!

The hotel is located on the 2nd floor. There is no lift. can't park, even for a moment. Yummy right in front is Pathong beach. Around many who sell food. 15 minute walk to Bangla Roas, Adult entertainment center.
