Hot spring is very nice. Esp it is in a pool setting and you do not have to be naked to get in!

Customer service was great even before arrival. I contacted via email to request an infant crib (cot) a few days before arrival. And customer service responded positively within 24 hours. Upon arrival, check in was smooth and the usual great customer service attitude. They even offered infant bathing bucket and bottle sterilizer. And they are all well provided when we opened the hotel room. Room was spacious enough and fantastic hot spring inside the bathroom. The only down side was the lack of chairs. The only seating was the bench at the bed. The only surprise was the fire drill during the day. The alarm was extremely loud and scared the infant horribly.

Overall great for family, awesome public out door and in door hot spring areas, private spa and massage service also available, great asian and western restaurants. Gym and kids area need to he improved.

The room was big and in-room hot spring bath was big and comfy too. Not much varieties for buffet dinner and breakfast spread.

This is my worst experience with any hot-spring . Hotel keeps asking for me to pay for the my child while I made the booking for 3 including my son. I ended up waiting for them to contact Hotel.com for hours. While they admitted this is the booking mistake, I still didn't get any service for my son during the whole stay.

這次住的房間很大、雖說有些飯店有些年紀了。但！還是讓人覺得很放鬆耶⋯⋯ 床鋪很好睡躺在床上感覺軟硬適中、不會在第二起來後、腰酸背痛的。很不錯。美中不足的地方是浴室的隔音不佳、隔離浴室放掉水時、聲音真的太大聲、尤其是已經入睡時、被轟隆轟隆的聲音吵醒、溫泉水感覺還好而已。

已經去住第2次了,感受又比之前更好.之後會在代家人再去.餐點也好吃(早/晚) 尤其這次房間升等,家人住進去很開心.(御品房很棒)

第三次入住感覺一次比一次好尤其餐廳（自助餐）工作人員很勤奮時常将客人們弄亂的食物將其擺設整潔增加食欲感

吃飯、客房不同棟，較不方便外，其他都很完美，晚餐、早餐食材也都很超值！

這次有被升等，是不錯的體驗，但是房間的隱私度沒有到很好，雖然沒有完全暴露在外，可是浴池還是有被從外窺視的風險

房間不是很大但浴室和風呂也夠大。這次住宿包了早餐和晚餐，早餐感覺比晚好吃和多選擇。

這是我們家第二次入住，日光溫泉飯店除了環境乾淨舒適、服務好之外，戶外溫泉還有附設兒童戲水池，大人泡湯的同時小朋友也可以玩得開心，很適合全家大小一起入住

櫃檯服務人員親切有禮，房間內就可以泡溫泉很舒適，彈簧床墊非常舒適！唯地下停車場車位太少，有可能要停到室外。大眾池及裸湯因為有販售泡湯卷所以會有非住宿用戶使用，週末人會很多，就少了泡溫泉該有的悠閒感… 星空酒吧只營業到11點，似乎太早了點？遊戲中心有一張撞球桌及一張乒乓球桌可免費借用，但桌子似乎有點老舊，撞球桌的檯面不是很平整，乒乓球桌的球網鬆鬆垮垮，建議飯店應考慮更新這兩項設備。花見西餐廳的早餐和晚餐自助餐菜色選擇多，但品質跟不上價格，恐怕是整間飯店最需要加油的地方。整體來說，仍是非常適合闔家出遊的好選擇！
