Cleanliness, location, staff, everything is good overall. Just no elevator, in case anyone can't climb the stairs.

The room is a bit old and moldy, there is no receptionist at night and early morning, there is no staff until 9am, no hair dryer to support

The staff are lovely, friendly, and quiet.
