Excellent property - lovely staff - nice location

The place itself is compact ,but clean and comfy. The swimming pool is small! Some staff are very nice and obliging, others are terribly rude! I stayed 9 nights as I went for dental treatment and breakfast was included. I never ate there as the bar was very expensive and there's many options close by. Another person was also there for dental treatment, and because she could hardly eat anything, she had a bowl of soup one evening from the restaurant. The hotel charged her 500 tl! This was after making her feel embarrassed in front of people. I have very mixed feelings about this hotel.....Would I go back? Probably not.

Clean, close to beach and restaurants. 20min walk to Mall. Room service was good and priced approximately. Pool was good. Staff was very helpful to book activity for us. Would recommend.

Excelente experiência! Quarto amplo, limpo, ótimo chuveiro. Ótimo café da manhã, funcionários muito atenciosos. Jantamis tb uma noite, pratos muito bem servidos e saborosos! Para ser perfeito só precisava ser mais perto do centro histórico e se atentarem à não trocar toalhas banho tds dias. Mas voltaria com certeza!

The hotel is very clean and has all that you need to enjoy your stay. It is also very close to the beach. The buffet breakfast was one of the highlights and had many options. Would definitely stay again!

Great accommodation with a great staff

Отель классный. Больше всего понравилось лобби, где вечером можно провести время. Это особенно важно при локдауне. Нас без проблем заселили в 7 утра, да еще и накормили завтраком. Персонал общительный и всегда готов оказать помощь.

The hotel was lovely and clean. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. 24/7 shop directly opposite the hotel and supermarket 2 minute walk away which also was convenient. Breakfast menu was not that great but lunch and dinner was better. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a hammam massage due to COVID but as you see in pictures the room was stunning, we were able to use the sauna which again was very clean it felt almost brand new. 100% recommend.

The rooms were very small, the tv didn’t work to good. For English speaking people there was only one channel.

I asked queen size bed like my reservation; they gave me two single even I told them i dont want collected two single bed.

We love this hotel! It’s new and clean but the staff made our holiday. They were so attentive and couldn’t do more for us. Anything we asked for they helped us with and were amazing throughout our stay. We can’t thank them enough for everything. We would certainly recommend to anyone
