The location of this property was across from the ocean and close to all restaurants and amenities. The breakfast that was included with our booking was excellent. A huge variety of food, coffee's and even bubbles! Seating was abundant and we really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio each morning. The room was clean and accurately reflected the pictures provided. We were not aware that the pool is actually not on the property and at the end of the block. And, it closed at 5:00PM. If I weren't busy all day exploring areas of Mallorca I would have been disappointed. Also worth mentioning is parking is a HUGE challenge. There is no parking on site, roadway parking or public parking lots are really, really difficult to secure and we were there in May! Cannot imagine parking in peak season. We did finally get a paid parking spot in an underground for 10 Euros for 24 hours but we got extremely lucky after driving around for over 30 minutes searching.

The hotel is lovely and very relaxed atmosphere. We had a fabulous time. Our room was lovely with balcony. My only regret is that we did not get a room with a balcony over looking the bay. Unfortunately , the hotel was fully booked and we could not upgrade.

Felt thay this was not a 4 star property and expensive. Swimming pool was off site and not open until 11am. Poor decore in hallways and needs updating. Though clean and comfortable beds. Perfect location and view if you get a sea facing room.

What a fantastic stay; from the check all the way through check out, my experience (with my 3 year old daughter) was absolutely flawless. Staff were first class and super attentive, the room and location absolutely perfect with tram station, beach, boat tours and an array of restaurants literally metres away. We will recommend and be back!

Smells, had bugs and was noisy

Super location, very friendly & helpful staff, fantastic breakfast with lots of choice. Room was large and spotless each day after cleaning. Only negative was I didn’t like the pillows (but I have bad neck!).

My family of 4 stayed at this property for 4 days. Check-in was easy and our room was located in the FERGUS building behind the beachfront property. The room was spacious and the beds including the sofa pullout were comfortable. This building is the one with the pool access. The only negative is the parking situation. There is only street parking or parking in a nearby parkade. The street parking is hard to come by and you have to pay every 2 hours. Not convenient if you are on vacation. We ended up parking at the parkade which was about a 10 minute walk away. And you could pay per day. The beach itself is ok, as it’s beside the marina. There is plenty of restaurants and shops all walking distance. You can take the train into Soller which is a fun tourist thing to do. Overall a good stay for our vacation to explore this area.

Ok hotel in reasonable location. Family suites do not have sea views, only inner court yard/walls. Staff nice but not overly helpful. Regular powercuts and parts of building without air-conditioning for days. Breakfast buffet was vrey nice, as was lunch, great location and nice seating areas. Pool 2 mins walk up the road from main buikding, clean and good size but road noise. I woulc not stay there again and wish id spent more for Esplendido instead. My partner and children were happy enough though.

The staff and breakfast are standouts!

I would never recommend this property. There were so many problems that the stay was extremely unenjoyable. The Wi-Fi, power, electricity, and water did not work our first day there. The air conditioning was broken the entire day, so the room was above 90°. The staff didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency to have it repaired. For a four star hotel, we expected a level of decency.

Port Soller is a beautiful place and well worth a visit. We arrived to a lovely greeting from Gregory. The entrance and front desk are well presented. Breakfast was good with a variety of food. The staff were good but a bit miserable apart from the lovely lady making the omelettes. The room was turned over well every day. The hotel is very basic and not 4 star in our opinion. Lots of grubby areas in the shower and the floor was not cleaned thoroughly. The communal toilets were smelly and disgusting with overflowing sanitary waste. The pool was round the corner from the hotel, which was not mentioned in the description, although it was clean and well kept. The location was fantastic and the beach opposite was beautiful and clean. If we were to go back Fregus would not be our choice.

Front desk was always great and helpful. Gregory took his time everytime to make sure he helped with suggestions. AC never worked the room was always humid it would cool off only a little bit at night.

property was clean and neat with a wonderful location. morning breakfasts were great with a view of the Mediterranean. we got in at night and parking was a hassle but not once we figured it all out. people were all wonderful.

So happy we chose this hotel which is in the middle of Port de Soller close to shops and several great restaurants. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our sea-facing room has a balcony with lovely views. The beach is directly opposite the hotel. The bed and pillows in our room are very comfortable and breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. Easy access to the tram which passes in front of the hotel and a shortish walk to the bus which will take you to Soller/Palma. We would highly recommend Fergus Style as a central and value-for-money place to stay.

It was an excellent location and a pleasant stay clean and friendly . Go for a sea view. Great for people watching very relaxing .
