The staff is very good and attentive

The hotel is clean and beautiful, the room is exactly as described in the picture. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. My family is very satisfied, will come back if we have the opportunity to visit Hanoi ♥️

You should not book this hotel. I booked the room more than a month in advance because I knew the price would increase during the holiday period. 1/9-4/9. Then on August 30, the hotel called to say that the room I had booked had been booked a long time ago, asking me to change to a deluxe room. I refused, so they said they would upgrade it to a 3-person room, which was their way of cheating. It's just a deluxe room with an extra bed. Because I booked for my mother and daughter, I was not the one to check in so they cheated by my mother not knowing. Really dissatisfied with the way this hotel does business, I hope no one suffers like me

Phòng rộng rãi, gần bờ hồ, đối diện là siêu thị nên tiện mua sắm; có chỗ để xe máy. khách sạn có cổng vào khá nhỏ, nhưng vẫn đủ để xe máy vào nên không ảnh hưởng đến trải nghiệm. Thiết bị phòng tắm bắt đầu cũ. Bữa sáng đơn giản với một số món, có thể ra ngoài ăn nếu muốn.

Phòng đẹp như hình. Mình đặt phòng thường, rất sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện, vui vẻ. Đi bộ ra hồ gươm rất gần, thoải mái và tiện lợi. Tuyệt vời.
