One of the cleanest hotels that I've stayed in. The bed was extremely comfortable. The restaurant and bar were wonderful. This hotel is reason to return to Poznan! Poznan is great and hope to return again soon.

New hotel on the edge of Old Town

Great location in the old town. Hotel immaculate. Lovely omelette for breakfast. Helpful staff

Great staff, good location, very good breakfast. The rooms are not big as expected from a city hotel but they are comfortable. It would have been nice to have shelves in the closet. There is free hot drinks in the lobby

Location is excellent, very close to the old town main square but also on a quiet street. Hotel is very clean & well designed, staff very friendly.

From puro hotel you can walk to the center town to shops, to really nice dinning options and to nearby tourist attractions Good amenities and a nice restaurant/ bar in the hotel Staff was very helpful and friendly

Great location for walking the Christmas markets

The rooms are modern and very up to date in terms of tech and standards such as in room lightings and WiFi etc. Bathrooms clean and modern. Bed very comfortable. The location is great right in the centre of the old town so there are lots of bars any restaurants nearby. Parking can involve a next door off road plot of rough land with a charge but it is manned

I stayed in Puro Poznan many times before and this was the first time when I was unpleasantly surprised with their customer service. I have the Platinum Status with Expedia/ Gold with hotels.com which comes with a few perks. One of them is a free room upgrade if/when possible. I get this perk 99% time of my stays in all of the hotels. This time I spoke to 2 people at the reception and they said that this perk is unavailable. I checked online before arriving and they had over 7 rooms available that they could upgrade me to and I also arrived after 6pm so quite late, so their explanation that the rooms may still sell was not that great. I had a room upgraded with less rooms available so I think this was just a bad training or bad customer service skills. Everything else was great as usual, but this just leaves me disappointed as the Status should be honoured.

Excellent hotel.

Easy access from train station. Take 27 tram that departs across street from station and ride about 10 minutes. Then a short walk to hotel. Hotel is very clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. Typical European double glazed windows do quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Old Town is a short walk. A very convenient location. I would stay here again.

Property was beautiful and cozy. I didn’t feel like I was at a hotel, I felt like I was home.

We loved the room and the staff was wonderful! It was also very close to old town and whenever we got tired, we could just head back to the hotel and rest for a bit. The only thing was because it was a little warm for us (weather-wise), we left the window open and we could hear kids heading home from partying until 4 AM. Unfortunately we were there Friday and Saturday nights.
