Room was great

Nobody at reception. Did not receive an emailed entry code. Took a long distance overseas phone call from my cell phone to find out how to enter our room. Room was sold as “ocean view”. The only one who had an ocean view was my car in the parking lot. No ocean view from our windows.

Room was super clean, great facilities, easy check in & the perfect location. We loved it & was definitely value for money.

Clean and tidy nice ocean view

Clean, sadly no reception. Amenities and kitchen stuff all good. Cleaning staff friendly and helpful.

We saw a tiny peak of the ocean through the stairs when we were outside our room. Bit disappointing when the motel is called Ocean Views. Room was clean & tidy. Check in was via text, no personal contact with venue.

The room was clean, very old though, needs updating. Too small for family of 4. Bathroom tiny. Very noisy, positioned on two roads, so lots of traffic noise even though out of town /shopping area.

In a good location but noise from other guests was annoying, some still partying well after midnight with no supervision from Management. No consideration for other guests at all.

View was nice, located on a hill. Couldn’t see the ocean from the ground floor. Parked in front of our unit. Merimbula is a beautiful spot, with lots of walks and beaches. Staff were happy to help.

Wonderful place to stay - very comfortable bed, spacious room, quiet neighbourhood and short convenient drive into the main shopping precinct.

The rooms are clean and tidy! Unfortunately they don’t have a reception on site. Couldn’t find information re the town and places to eat etc.

Property was beautifully clean. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Shower was excellent and had great water pressure which is often a fail in a lot of motels. Loved our stay.

There were no power points near the bed. That is a problem for someone who uses a sleep apnoea machine. Also the power point where the tv was plugged made some fizzing noises. Didn’t sound safe

Brilliant stay at this hotel. Bed was clean and comfortable. The shower was incredible with the water pressure! Basic amenities but comfortable. Lovely views of the sea from the room. Would definitely stay here again.
