I am somewhat visually impaired… room lighting was not good for me. Would love coffee available all day .. not just a room coffee!

The lake view is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The water has a bit of an ironlike smell and taste. The shower handle didn’t work properly but the facilities were very clean.

Friendly atmosphere, exceptional setting, lovely breakfast, just wonderful!

Staff nice, room ok, generally ok. Not a fan of continental breakfasts.

The room was clean and neat. The little desk area was perfect for my laptop. The table and chairs at the foot of the bed was perfect for morning coffee. The view of Lac-Brôme was breathtaking. The restaurant downstairs was first class and the food was perfectly prepared and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A lovely hotel with views on either side of the hotel. Also, a very good continental breakfast. Not impressed with the restaurant- expensive, and a lengthy wait for food.

The restaurant was closed during the days of our stay so we aren’t able to comment on this. Breakfast was nice with varied cold selections. Our only complaint was the need for a night light and a softer mattress. There is a bit of a tripping hazard going into the rooms that could be a concern for some.

The lake view was peaceful. The spa was wonderful but only one hot top was open and it foamed up when the jets turned on

The room is quite nice, although having two chairs and a little table would have been nice. The bathroom is really nice and the shower very enjoyable. They need to do something about the continental breakfasts. Although there is a spread, it is so uninviting. Most mornings, the croissants were so hard. And it's the same thing every morning. You have to clean your own table, put your dishes in bins. Not a great expérience as far as breakfast is concernés.

The exterior is run down and the interior packs some love. Outside premises very nice. Sofa bed acceptable. It’s clean but old.

Great place and very comfortable. Duvet, pillows, and mattress were super comfy. Took advantage of the hot tubs, which were very nice to have after a long, wet bike ride. Breakfast was good with the added benefit of the dining room overlooking the lake.

View is amazing and staff is super nice Spa, hammam and sauna were great I was disappointed by: * pool not clean * hours of operartions of gym and hammam & sauna are * reduced and not flexible (starting at 9am is too late) * the breakfast was quite poor for such hotel (big disappointment) * conditions of the balconny (of my room) is quite bad; not what I was expected from such hotel

Lake view, private beach area, breakfast included, free parking, very friendly and helpful front desk staff, good facilities like Hot Tub, Pool, Spa, Sauna , dogs allowed Executive Suite could have been better. But Location is excellent!!! And i would recommend whoever wants to have a peaceful stay.

On a beaucoup aimé l'endroit. Cest calme, on a accès à un spa et une piscine extérieur. Nous allons y retourner assurément.

Great place for peace and views nice room overall. Only 2 cons old and small tv. No meat served at breakfast. But not a deal-breaker

Relaxing easy going stay. Was very clean and comfortable

The property outside needs some care but the interior is very nice and clean. The service is actually VERY poor. At check in we were given a card to access the room and that was that. We had to ask for the location of the room, we had to ask for the hotel services and facilities, and also about breakfast. Smiles were also not available. The next day we were told that the kayaks use was not included in our fare because we booked via Expedia. Kayaks are free for hotel guest but not for us. In fact, the employees left us with the impression that Expedia guest are a lower class. probably they do not realize that we would not have found them if it wasn’t for Expedia and now we really don’t feel like going back. It’s an unfortunate attitude! The beach attendant was the only hotel employee that had a friendly attitude. The breakfast was average, but the croissants tasted like from the day before. The restaurant that operates in the hotel, Un vrais delice, is new and highly recomendable. Excellent food, friendly service and good atmosphere. The Snaper was un vrais delice! We will go back to the restaurant but not to stay in this hotel.
