All bad people fron lobby roon no towels

The room was in okay condition but the bathroom (the shower) was nasty. Customer service was good

Staff helpful, convenient location, easy transportation hub. Parking a bit crowded but a plus for área. Breakfast fast basic but good

Property condition is dated. Parking was difficult as spaces were small and very limited. Access to parking was rough. Reception staff was inconsistent -- one was "surely" while other 2 were helpful and worked with me to solve issues. Took them 3 days to fix clogged drain. Breakfast was adequate but choices limited -- got job done. Overall hotel served purpose. Centrally located in Panama City. Would stay again.

Excellent location! Very close to Iglesia del Carmen Church. Very close to El Rey supermarket and Riba Smith supermarket. Very helpful employees. They readily make change of 10 or 20 dollar bills. Taxis are readily available outside along Via España street. Very good and reasonably priced on-site restaurant

It had a bad stent, inside was outdated. Need renovations. No kitchen ,no refrigerator

Place awful roaches in the dinning room. A big one in the gym, beds mattress very poor quality, very uncomfortable, holes on the wall. Front desk people give wrong information…. No good

The desk service was poor. I asked for an extra pillow and the women looked as if I was putting her out. Never got that pillow after she said she would send it. I asked for hangers and an extra key card for myself and had to call back twice. The bed was old and hard and I couldn't sleep. Furniture was sparse. Finally checked out early. We were told because we reserved through Hotels.com there would be no refund. Avoid this place like the plague.

A very basic hotel but clean.

Airport shuttle was one of the amenities I filtered in when choosing but found out this hotel no longer had it. It should have been removed from the site as that was why I chose it.

Staff and food excellent. Shower head not the correct one for the position.

Location was good, close to downtown and a supermarket was a block away.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. It looks and smells pretty gross. I was rushing to get out.

Good location, very near to the main touristic places of Panama City. The breakfast was the same every day, but good. Beds in good condition, bathroom in good condition but it could be better having more towels. It was a great quality/price choice in Panama City.

I want my money to be returned, because if this does not happen was to go to justice for moral damages and also disclose on the social networks the poor service of this hotel. I booked two days so my family could rest and have breakfast. delea's flight arrived before 7 am and the transfer took more than two hours to pick them up at the airport. When they arrived at the hotel they learned that they would have to leave the hotel at 13.30 pm because they would not have moved later, and their flight would only be at 20.00 hours. That is, I paid two days for their comfort and one of the guests is already over 65 years old to only stay 4 hours in the hotel. I will sue if this shipment does not return my money
