Excellent accommodation - neat and very practical. Good value for money

All good but cleaners woke up early to knock at the door is not good at all

the stay was average but when i cut my stay short by 1 day a refund was out of the question. possibly because they were low on numbers this disappointed me immensely as next time book less days then add on if they are not full

Clean, quite and practical place near the Mall of Africa. Very welcoming and kind staff members. 5 stars all the way and a special star for Natalie.

I found the room quite small but overall the facility, the service and the hosts were perfect.

Our car got stollen at Town Lodge Waterfall, Midrand around 7:00 in the morning. Nothing to add.

Excellent service from the reception. Friendly and very helpful staff , with a warm welcome . The hotel itself is looking very good and it was my 1st stay at the hotel. Room was according to my expectations and very neat. Every thing was available i.e utensils, kettle , towels , aircon, TV etc .Everything in the room was functioning. Breakfast was is the Lord Lord of of great. I will still book again , as my stay safe and I was very comfortable. As for the lady by the name of Grace , wow really she looked and prepared my room greatly. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Keep it up all the staff from reception and everywhere else.
