The woman who checked us in had an attitude and was not helpful. Once we got past her and got checked in, everything went well. Once her shift was over, the other people at the front desk were much nicer. The gym only has a few treadmills and an elliptical and no weights. It was better than nothing. The property is in a great location in the old part of the Zacatecas City. It's close enough to walk to everything, but just off the main street so it's quiet.

We had stayed there before and the service, room and breakfast were great. This time around

They walked me to my room assuring me it was ready. As soon as we walk in, you can tell it hasn't been cleaned at all. Manager apologized so many times. Said they'd have it cleaned right away. This was already 5pm. Waited 45 minutes to finally have the lady come to clean. Bed sheets were on the floor. Spilled coffee on window sills. Bathroom was not clean. I had high hopes for this place but they totally let me down. Management was nice but no customer service skills. They didn't come to check or give any updates on the cleaning person. They owned up to their mistake but made zero effort to make sure it was done quickly. They just sat in the reception without a care. As a business owner i am always looking on how i was treated. Management needs proper training.

Room was ok, the carpet in the room was smelly and water from the shower smells as well. Staff was friendly except for the front desk (not rude but not friendly neater), the menu in the restaurant is what would you expect for any hotel.

The hotel was within walking distance to downtown. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Hotel restaurant had good breakfast and dinner entrees. The only thing we had trouble with was opening the hotel room door.

Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. The whole staff went above and beyond to help and make our stay amazing!

Una experiencia maravillosa. El personal muy educado y amable en todo momento. Super limpio en el corazon del centro historico de Zacatecas. El hotel es tipo hacienda muy acogedor. Ambiente familiar y muy seguro. Quede enamorada del hotel. Mi familia quedo encantada con la estancia. La televisión tenia muchos canales que ver asi como peliculas y wifi gratis. Y tambien cuentan con estacionamiento.

Great property -

I wish I could give a least one more star. Our room was nice and clean and the staff was wonderful! The property was beautiful! The only downside was the property was under construction at the time. Also there was a weird humming/buzzing sound throughout the night that kept us up. I didn’t mind so much but partner did. Heating and AC worked great.
