Tuve una urgencia y reservamos a última hora, muy buena ubicación, no tienen parking, pero a lado hay un espacio muy conveniente para los autos. El personal de recepción no es amable, pero muy cierto es que no podemos espera mucho de un hotel que no es alta categoría. La habitación es muy limpia y bien cuidada, mobiliario adecuado, smart tv y baños muy muy bien mantenidos. Felicitaciones al quipo de ama de llaves y mantenimiento. Me volvería a hospedar!!

Internet was horrible. It either did not work or was extremely slow. Shower was cold, no warm water at all. Cockroaches in room. Employees were friendly.

The hotel was as I expected. Nothing fancy but clean, comfortable, with easy access from the city. There was parking always available. The restaurant, bar, and the pool were open. The people who worked there had the best predisposition to help and make our time in the hotel great.

The room was in good condition; the staff was very helpful.

The toilet was clogged every day of my 6 nights stay at the hotel.

The staff were welcoming and nice but i couldn't stand the tiles in the bathroom they need use tile stripe to lift the built up on them even the stairs going to the pool need to strip too. The bar at the pool need fixing up and need some sort of entertainment so they can do better business in the future.

The room I was assigned was outdated, very thin sheets, one light, old noisy air conditioner. The staff are pleasant enough and doing their best. Unfortunately it was a last minute non-refundable option.

This is not for everyone, this is as basic a hotel room you can get, BUT it is very clean, staff is great. The restaurant and bar are pretty nice. But, this is a clean, functional hotel room with no amenities many of us are used to. If you are only going to shower and sleep in in the room, this is perfect. Great location in Cuidad de Panamá. Safe area, but no frills.

Definitely not the Ritz and around 3/4km to other dining options but a decent 3 star hotel
