Everything was bad. I booked business room but they gave me budget room which was very small. TV was shaking when some one was walking. There was no hot water. Staff was rude and was not cooperative.

The room was very adequate for a long stay, and with the restaurant just here, you are guaranteed good room service. Felt very homely, and the staff are wonderful.

Last minute booking as our earlier booking fell through. Reached late at night. The reception desk was very helpful. We did not like the room they alloted so they showed us two more. The corner toom we chose had good views. Another room had a balcony which was good too. Renovation going on so some rooms were recently painted. Some work still going on. Morning room service breakfast was tasty and service was very good. As early as 6am which was really useful as we had to go for a conference. Deccan metro station is close by and connected to Pune railway station

The hotel location is near Deccan Gymkhana,on Apte Road . It is little inside and hence there is no traffic noise.The entire hotel premises is clean. The room occupied by us was compact with bed room and sitting area.Room service was prompt. The hotel serves delicious Maharashtrian food. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
