Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was polite.

Great property, solid breakfast, always fresh coffee, clean and very spacious rooms. Great location in a large plaza full of everything including the heated pool Tri Leisure center.

The Hot tub was not working. Pictures on expedia and their website show a waterpark. There isn't a water park or waterslide. Just a small pool. Our friends stayed down the hall from us and there was garbage still in thier room, ALOT of garbage packed into the cuoboards! They had a kitchenette and the cups were dirty and smelled horrible. There were someone elses dirty socks still in our room. Will not return. Felt it was false advertising to have pics of a water park and slides on the site when there isn't one on the property.

Clean and quiet beautiful room

Very clean, from the main common areas to our room! And I’m a stickler for cleanliness, it was impeccable. Beds and pillows were just the right comfort, liked how there’s two options of pillow firmness indicated on the pillowcases - nice touch! Hot breakfast had proteins and carbs, regular things you’d find at hotels that serve hot breakfasts. Easy to access off the main highway, close to shopping and other amenities. Across from the city mulitplex if you want to work out more.

Beautiful long elegant corridors and hallways, spacious Well kept up room, lots of visible staff present, fantastic pool area that the kids really enjoyed, over all just a really great building, and environment.

Easy to find, pleasant staff, good restaurant options, included breakfast was good. Room was clean though hallways and rugs need some updates. Had some difficulty controlling temperature in room. Generally enjoyed stay.

Hallways perpetually run through by children, not the most sound proof rooms

The heater in room wasn’t working and we realized it about 10 pm. Only one person working desk, so she couldn’t come up to fix it. However, she walked me through the process and the second time it worked manually. I was so glad she knew what she was doing! We had a warm room after that.
