Horrible customer service and no accountability. While the hotel itself is relatively clean, the hotel staff is beyond incompetent and does not care about the clients. We booked well in advance the hotel and we specified that we needed access to the room's freezer to store medication that is vital to a family member. They told us in advance that they would be able to do so. However when we arrived, they misplaced the medication and never placed it in the freezer, causing it to go bad. This was very bad as the medication is required for the health of my family member and had the effect of cutting our trip short and we had to spend a lot of money to fly back home earlier than anticipated. When we confronted them, they never took accountability for their actions and never offered us anything more than a cheap 30 euro room upgrade. This was beyond insulting as their error costed us thousands of dollars. They flat out refused to take the blame and never offered us a refund even if it was clearly their fault. They even refused to engage in a dialog with the Hotels.com staff. This sort of behaviour is beyond unacceptable and shows that amateurs run this hotel. I would advice against staying in this hotel as they truly do not care about the wellbeing or their clients and make absolutely no efforts to take accountability and try to resolve truly important health challenges that occur because of their incompetence.

Very nice apartment close to dining and shopping. Metro was a short walk away. Good AC, full fridge and kitchen ustensiles.

Only issue I had with property is that in morning electrical issue caused WiFi, bathroom light and kitchen area out of electricity and there no emergency contact and office was only available between 10 am to 1 am which I understand is big window but still it's common now most of apartments to provide support 24x7..overall it is great location and flat.

Lovely location. Didn’t like the small towels provided-take your own. Booked 2 bedroom apartment & it stated there would be a balcony- door opened onto a tiny square space only one person could stand on. Oven but no oven tray or oven gloves so not able to use. Easy access to public transport links or taxis. Property a bit dated.

Greeting and information from staff was helpful and welcoming. The property is a short walk from the metro which made the journey into the centre was easy (15 mins max). The balcony was a nice benefit. Budapest Go app was excellent and well worth setting up before you arrive.

Check in was easy, the receptionist was excellent. The apartment we stayed in was an executive one, furnished with all IKEA stuff. It worked well for us and we felt we got good value for money.

Fabtastic accommodation. Super safe and very convenient to thw supermarket, food stores, little christmas markets and also the local public transport.

Good location walking distance to public transportation, safe neighbourhood, good dining options, apartment spacious with good natural light. I didn’t rate excellent as I wish the front desk went a bit out of their way, although I received the generic email asking if I needed any assistance and I understand during NYE most things to do were booked I wish they have provided some options as they were, even when asked where do Hungarians go to cerebrate they knew nothing and clearly there was big celebration on the streets with fireworks and music also I requested a car service to airport and clearly stated I have a lot of luggage I only got at 2:30 am a small taxi we had to wait for 20 minutes for a second taxi out in the cold, coming from service industry the front desk/concierge should go above and beyond.

Great Place to stay andenjoy Budapest

The apartment was clean and the furnishings were very nice. There was a light out in the bathroom. Overall a very nice apartment and enjoyed the local restaurants and Lidl.

Besides trying to find the temporary check-in location everything else was fantastic and we would definitely recommend.

The room was very spacious and featured a nice living room, complete kitchen, and balcony. The staff was helpful and accommodating. And the location was convenient, as it was located near multiple types of public transportation as well as places to eat and shop.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Corvin District; all the shops, restaurants, coffee shops are in the near. The apartment is clean, well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Located in a nice and modern part of the city, a good shopping mall and nice restaurants in the radius of 500 m, good advice and assistance from the personnel.

Great location literally easy to get around and taxis super cheap from the apartment area, we used their local uber company called Bolt! Reception was helpful and check in was quick and fast Anything we needed we got help with quickly! Apartment was also super clean and cute!

The apartment did not have water. We called the front desk and they offered to move us into a one bed room apartment or give us our money back. Very disappointed that we were not told that there will not be any water. We got there at ten at night and it was not suitable for us to take any of their options with three kids. Trying to find a different place after reimbursement at ten at nigh, or being crammed into a one bedroom place.

Nice apartments close to good restaurants, public transportation and shopping center. Excellent service from young personnel which are able to provide useful information about tours, boat trips, thermal baths and good restaurants. Definitely, Budapest is a city to come back and these apartments are a good option to stay.

We stayed for 3 nights in Budapest and picked this place based on reviews. When we arrived, the staff member could not have been more polite, she was genuinely lovely, friendly and spoke incredible English. We paid for our return transfer (had to be at the airport for 4am!) and we were then taken to our apartment which was lovely. Really clean and spacious, an absolute bargain for what we paid. The location is on a street with a few restaurants/bars and it's right next to a shopping centre with high street brands and a supermarket. This was open really late to walk through and made for a good shortcut. On the second day, as the weather wasn't great, we opted for the 48h hop on hop off sightseeing bus which included a boat tour. We bought the tickets for this at the hotel reception which was really easy. The stop for this was just through the shopping centre and round the corner and allowed us to see a lot of the further out places with ease. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay again if I were to visit in the future.
