Single beds are not comfortable

The hotel is old and run down. The hallway carpets are filthy and the bathroom had mold. The drain in the shower did not work. The car was parked in the garage during a rainstorm and the garage was flooded. The room key did not work every single time we left and came back.

Not much to offer but it was fine for a short stay.

Everything was clean, in place and staff was friendly.

The air conditioner did not work very well during the night, but the overall stay was pretty good.

we stayed 1 night in Belo for the world cup. They jacked up the price by 200% which is expected (i guess) but that didnt change their attitude. The hotel manager, in particular was extremely obnoxious and didnt help at all. Upon arrival, i needed to break a 100 Reas note to pay the cab driver and she refused to give change. I asked to purchase something and yet again she said no. Her assistant looked at the registrar and almost pulled out some cash but she told him something in portuguese and he stopped. Second was late check-out, we asked if we could get 1 hour extra - to which she also blindly said no. we also got a room with No window - it was clearly refitted to be a room just for the world-cup - we could still smell the paint

This is a brand new, very nice, very clean hotel, located in a pretty nice, residential area. It is also very near the nice Lagoa Pampulha, which has a nice park and bike trail around it. There are not many restaurants in the area yet, but the BEST one nearby is Pampulha Grill. The hotel is clean, spotless, and the rooms, while typically small, are very adequate. Staff is extremely cordial and very responsive. The included breakfast is super! The hotel is not centrally located in the city but it is very close to Minerao stadium and so is in a great location for anyone going to a game there.

O Hotel é bem localizado, limpo, conservado e proporciona uma boa estadia ao hóspede. Contudo tive uma grande surpresa ao chegar e não ter onde estacionar o veículo, tendo em vista que o hotel não disponibiza vagas para todos os hóspedes, tampouco informa isso claramente. Além disso, fiquei quase 20 minutos esperando para abrirem a garagem, até que finalmente tive que estacionar o carro e ir na recepção, pois, sequer, atenderam o interfone e me informaram da ausência de vagas. Por fim, Frigobar não funcionava e não tinha sabonete no banheiro.

Café da manhã bom. Estacionamento só prá carro pequeno.

Hotel localizado próximo a lagoa da Pampulha e com acesso à vários bares, restaurantes e pontos turísticos. Quarto limpo e organizado. Funcionários atenciosos. Poucas vagas de estacionamento e vagas estreitas, dificultando a entrada e saída de motorista e passageiros.
