When I arrived, the hotel staff was asleep, but the walk to the hotel wasn't too difficult. The room was clean and cleaned every morning. It's only a 10-minute walk from Istiqlal Mosque. Breakfast is not served, however.

Clean, hot water works fine, there is a hair dryer, the rooms are comfortable.

The service quality of this hotel is very good, as evidenced from the hotel receptionist who is very friendly towards foreign tourists as well as good receptionist communication ability by using english. The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel is also very well preserved. So recommended! :)

Room is very clean, crew hotels are kind, it's very cozy and recommended. If I go to Istanbul again, I'll be stay there again. Mr Hasan is very kind person, He like our father. Nice experience in a plus residence.

Very nice room, the room is very warm in winter, so clean, and the staffs were helpful.
