Every time I return to Sabah, I will stay at the same place because I enjoy looking for food.

My go to place, very clean and very comfortable. A lot of eateries downstairs, and a few mini markets to get supplies. Bars are nearby too. Never had the opportunity to try out their Cocoa themed cafe since I usually leave very early in the morning.

Basically, those who want to go to Kinabalu must try this hotel.. the hotel is cool.. nice.. complete there are lots of food available in front🥰🥰

The room was good, clean, and tidy. Staffs were friendly 👌 I would recommend anyone to come and stay here.

The staff is friendly. The location from the airport is near. There is airport transfer in the morning from the hotel to the airport. Many restaurants are near the hotel. The price of the hotel is good. The room is big and comfortable.

Aircon even I have adjusted 19 degree lv 2 fan speed still not that 19 degree coldness, couldn't really sleep well with the not that comfy pillows. Pillows and bed are own personal opinion. The rest OK OK.

Expectations exceeded. Service Officers were helpful and courteous. Provided free airport shuttle. Environment clean and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Super recommended 👍🏼 definitely will stay here again.

Nice for transit or short stay. Lots of eateries and convenient stores within walking distance.

For light sleeper and need to wake up early, not suitable for me- got singing and noise frkm bar which functioning until 2/3am below the hotel. The wall is thin, I could hear white noise from TV and children shouting from other rooms. Dim light, just suitable for sleepover. Parking not specific to the hotel-got few street parkings and small hotel parking behind the hotel. However, staff were helpful and bed was nice.

Already several times stayed at eminent hotels. 1. Spacious & clean room 2. Easy to find food & other necessities because the hotel faces the express servay market
